Description
本発明の椎弓根スクリューまたは装置の好ましい実施態様を実施例に基づき説明する。説明される実施例は、本発明の有利な実施態様を示すが、本発明の範囲がこれらの実施態様に制限されないことが理解されるべきである。
全長が25〜60mmの椎弓根スクリュー1を準備する。この椎弓根スクリュー1はチタン製である。椎弓根スクリューに適用されるスクリュー軸部2は、長さが15〜45mmであり、そして外径が13〜15mmである。スクリューヘッド3は、外径が17〜20mmである。
全長が45mmの椎弓根スクリュー1を準備する。この椎弓根スクリュー1はタンタル製である。椎弓根スクリューに適用されるスクリュー軸部2は、長さが35mmであり、そして外径が約14mmである。スクリューヘッド3は、外径が約18mmである。
脊椎の安定化のための本発明の装置は、5つの椎弓根スクリュー1および1つの連結部材4からなり、全長が13cmである。

Claims (11)
- 球状ヘッド(17)を有するスクリュー軸部(2)および2つの対向する凹部を有するスクリューヘッド(3)を含む椎弓根スクリュー(1)であって、
該球状ヘッド(17)が、2つの反対側にある平行表面(18a、18b)を有し、該平行表面が、該スクリューヘッド(3)の対応する平行表面(18c、18d)に接し、そして連結部材(4)の長手方向軸が、該スクリューヘッド(3)の該2つの対向する凹部を、該スクリューヘッド(3)の該平行表面(18c、18d)に垂直に通過することを特徴とする、椎弓根スクリュー(1)。 - 連結部材(4)を受容するための凹部を有する球状部品(6)が、前記スクリューヘッド(3)中で可動であるように支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記球状部品(6)が、2つの細長い孔を通過する軸に沿って穴を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記球状部品(6)が、互いに支持される2つのオリーブ(8、9)からなることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記スクリューヘッド(3)が、前記スクリュー軸部(2)の前記球状ヘッド(17)に支持され、該スクリューヘッド(3)が軸方向軸周りで傾斜運動ができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記スクリューヘッド(3)が、前記スクリュー軸部(2)に面する側に凸状の湾曲部(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかの項に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記スクリューヘッド(3)が、前記スクリュー軸部(2)の反対側に、固定手段(5)を受容するための開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかの項に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記固定手段(5)が、ねじ山ピンであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記固定手段(5)に対面する前記オリーブ(9)が、該固定手段(5)のガイドピン(11)を受容するための凹部を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の椎弓根スクリュー。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の少なくとも2つの椎弓根スクリュー(1)および少なくとも1つの連結部材(4)を含む、脊椎の安定化装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連結部材(4)が、支柱、筒、金網、ガイドバー、または湾曲したガイドピンである、請求項10に記載の装置。
