Claims (15)
- 金型、冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備え、
前記金型は、オス型、メス型を備え、
前記冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造は、本体、冷却水路、伝熱コイルを備え、
前記冷却水路は、前記本体に設置し、前記冷却水路は、入口と出口を備え、前記入口から冷却水は進入し、前記出口から冷却水は流出し、
前記伝熱コイルは、前記冷却水路内に設置し、前記冷却水路内部には、サポート構造を設置し、前記サポート構造は、前記伝熱コイルを支え、これにより前記伝熱コイルは、前記冷却水路内において、該冷却水路の中央に保持された状態を呈することを特徴とする冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。 - 前記サポート構造は、少なくとも1本のサポートアームで、前記サポートアームは、前記冷却水路の内側壁から延伸し、前記冷却水路は、カギ部を備え、前記伝熱コイルは、前記カギ部に嵌り、こうして前記伝熱コイルは、前記冷却水路内において、該冷却水路の中央に保持された状態を呈することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記サポート構造は、少なくとも1個のブラケットで、前記ブラケットは、前記冷却水路底部に設置し、前記伝熱コイルは、前記ブラケットに設置し、こうして前記伝熱コイルは、前記冷却水路の中央に保持された状態を呈することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記本体は、可動アームに設置し、前記可動アームにより、前記本体は移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記冷却水路は、螺旋状を呈して設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記冷却水路は曲がり、アーチ状、或いは内部へと窪んだ錐形螺旋状を呈して設置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記冷却水路は、2Dつづら折状を呈して設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記冷却水路は、様々な高さを備える3D延伸状態に設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記伝熱コイルの外側は、絶縁層で包むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記伝熱コイルは、中空の管状構造で、前記伝熱コイル内部には、内部冷却水路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造は、前記オス型内に設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記オス型は、コアを備え、
前記コアは、少なくとも1個のキャビティを備え、
前記冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造は、前記キャビティ位置に対応して設置することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。 - 前記本体と前記コアとは、一体成型することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造と前記オス型との間には、断熱層を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
- 前記金型はさらに、サブダイパートを備え、前記サブダイパートと前記メス型との間、及び前記オス型と前記サブダイパートとの間には、それぞれ前記同軸式伝熱冷却コイル構造を設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水路と伝熱コイルの同軸式構造を備える金型。
