Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態における車両用電源制御装置の全体構成を示す図である。オルタネータ2は、図示しないベルトを介してエンジン1と接続されており、エンジン1の回転力を利用して発電を行う。オルタネータ2によって発電された電力は、後述する分散電源B1〜B13に供給される。このオルタネータ2の最大発電電力は、最も消費電力の大きい電子ユニットの消費電力と同程度とする。
(a)ΔSOC/Δtの値が小さい(SOCの時間あたりの減少量が大きい)分散電源
(b)ステップS50の判定を肯定した分散電源
(c)作動頻度が多い方の分散電源
(d)作動時間の長い方の分散電源
(e)劣化が進んでいる方の分散電源
(f)重要安全保安部品に該当する分散電源

すなわち、充電優先順位が最も高い分散電源から、優先順位がm番目の分散電源までの充電量の合計が分散電源に供給可能な電力量Egになるように、m番目の分散電源の充電量を調整する。優先順位がm番目の分散電源の充電量を算出すると、ステップS230に進む。
図5は、第2の実施の形態における車両用電源制御装置において、電源制御コントローラ20で行われる処理内容を説明するための模式図である。第1の実施の形態における車両用電源制御装置と異なるのは、電源制御コントローラ20と各制御ユニット31〜3nとの間に、それぞれスイッチSW31〜SW3nが設けられている点である。スイッチSW31〜SW3nは、例えば、MOSFETである。電源制御コントローラ20は、図3および図4に示すフローチャートのステップS10からステップS220までの処理を行った後、ステップS230において、充電優先順位が1〜m番目の分散電源に対応して設けられているスイッチSW31〜SW3mをオンする。これにより、充電優先順位が1〜m番目の分散電源の充電を行うことが可能となる。
図6は、第3の実施の形態における車両用電源制御装置において、制御ユニット3iの内部構成を示す図である。各制御ユニット3i(i=1〜n)は、電子ユニットDi、分散電源Bi、センサ群3isの他に、CPU3ix、および、通信装置3itを備えている。通信装置3itは、センサ群3isによって検出される電子ユニットの電力消費状況、および、分散電源の電源使用状況のデータを、無線通信によって、他の制御ユニット内に設けられている通信装置に送信するとともに、他の制御ユニット内に設けられている通信装置から送信されてくる電子ユニットの電力消費状況、および、分散電源の電源使用状況のデータを受信する。CPU3ixが行う処理については後述する。
Claims (8)
- 車両に搭載される複数の電子ユニットのうち、少なくとも1以上の電子ユニットによって、制御ユニットを構成するとともに、各制御ユニットごとに、制御ユニット内の電子ユニットに電力を供給するための電源を設けた車両用電源制御装置において、
前記制御ユニットごとに設けられている電源に電力を供給する電力供給手段と、
前記各電源の使用状況、および、前記各電子ユニットの電力消費状況のうち、少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記制御ユニットごとに設けられている前記各電源の充電優先順位を決定する充電優先順位決定手段と、
前記電力供給手段より複数の電源に電力の供給が可能であれば、前記充電優先順位が2番目以降の電源のSOCと前記充電優先順位が最も高い電源のSOCとの差が所定値未満の場合に、前記充電優先順位決定手段によって決定された充電優先順位が2番目以降の電源に対して、前記充電優先順位が最も高い電源とともに、前記電力供給手段からの電力供給を許可する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記制御ユニットごとに、前記電源の使用状況を検出する電源使用状況検出手段をさらに備え、
前記電源使用状況検出手段は、前記電源のSOC、SOCの単位時間あたりの変化量、および、前記電源の温度のうちの少なくとも1つを前記電源の使用状況として検出することを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記制御ユニットごとに、前記電子ユニットの電力消費状況を検出する電力消費状況検出手段をさらに備え、
前記電力消費状況検出手段は、前記電子ユニットの消費電力量、前記電子ユニットの作動頻度、および、前記電子ユニットの作動時間のうちの少なくとも1つを前記電子ユニットの電力消費状況として検出することを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記充電優先順位決定手段は、前記電源のSOCが低いほど、前記充電優先順位を高くすることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記充電優先順位を高くすべき所定条件に該当する電源が存在するか否かを判定する条件判定手段と、
前記条件判定手段によって、前記充電優先順位を高くすべき所定条件に該当する電源が存在すると判定された場合に、前記所定条件に該当する電源の見かけ上のSOCを低くするSOC低下手段とをさらに備えることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記電源使用状況検出手段によって検出される電源使用状況、および、前記電力消費状況検出手段によって検出される電子ユニットの電力消費状況のうち、少なくとも一方に基づいて、電源の必要充電電力を算出する必要充電電力算出手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記必要充電電力算出手段によって算出される必要充電電力、および、前記電力供給手段から電源に供給可能な電力量に基づいて、複数の電源に電力の供給が可能であるかを判定することを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記電力供給手段と前記複数の電源との間を接続/遮断する複数のスイッチ手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記電力供給手段から電力を供給する電源に対応して設けられているスイッチ手段を接続することを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項3から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記制御ユニットごとに、前記電源使用状況検出手段によって検出される電源の使用状況、および、前記電力消費状況検出手段によって検出される電子ユニットの電力消費状況を他の制御ユニットに送信する通信手段を設けることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。
