また、本発明の第3の態様は、前記第1ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータを回転駆動する磁界を生じさせるトルク電流を供給すると共に、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータの永久磁石による磁束を強める界磁電流又は該磁束を弱める界磁電流を供給する通電制御手段を備え、前記第1ステータと前記第2ステータの磁気回路断面積が、同一に設定されていることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 永久磁石を有するロータと、該ロータの回転軸心方向に該ロータを介して対向して設けられた第1ステータ及び第2ステータとを備えたアキシャルギャップ型の電動機の制御装置であって、
前記第2ステータの電機子巻線と該第2ステータの電機子巻線の駆動回路間を、導通状態と遮断状態とに切り換える切換スイッチと、
前記第1ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータを回転駆動する磁界を生じさせるトルク電流を供給すると共に、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータの永久磁石による磁束を強める界磁電流又は該磁束を弱める界磁電流を供給し、
前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に、前記ロータの永久磁石の磁束を弱める磁束を生じさせる界磁電流及び前記ロータの永久磁石の磁束を強める磁束を生じさせる界磁電流を供給しないときは、前記切換スイッチにより、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線と前記第2ステータの電機子巻線の駆動回路間を遮断状態とする通電制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 永久磁石を有するロータと、該ロータの回転軸心方向に該ロータを介して対向して設けられた第1ステータ及び第2ステータとを備えたアキシャルギャップ型の電動機の制御装置であって、
前記第1ステータの電機子巻線の端子間電圧を検知する端子間電圧検出手段と、
前記電動機の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、
前記第1ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータを回転駆動する磁界を生じさせるトルク電流を供給すると共に、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータの永久磁石による磁束を強める界磁電流又は該磁束を弱める界磁電流を供給し、
前記ロータの回転時に前記第1ステータの電機子巻線の端子間電圧が所定電圧以上となるときには、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に、前記ロータの永久磁石の磁束を弱める磁束を生じさせる前記界磁電流を供給し、
前記ロータの回転時に前記第1ステータの電機子巻線の端子間電圧が所定電圧以上となり、且つ、前記電動機の回転数が所定回転数以上であるときには、前記第2ステータの駆動回路を構成し、前記第2ステータの各相毎に設けられて、各相の電機子巻線の入力部の高電位側への導通と遮断とを切り換える第1のスイッチング素子と、各相の電機子巻線の入力部の低電位側への導通と遮断とを切り換える第2のスイッチング素子とを、前記各第1のスイッチング素子をON状態として前記各第2のスイッチング素子をOFF状態とするか、又は前記各第1のスイッチング素子をOFF状態として前記各第2のスイッチング素子をON状態とする通電制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電動機の制御装置において、
前記第1ステータと前記第2ステータの磁気回路断面積が、同一に設定されていることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。 - 永久磁石を有するロータと、該ロータの回転軸心方向に該ロータを介して対向して設けられた第1ステータ及び第2ステータとを備えたアキシャルギャップ型の電動機の制御装置であって、
前記第1ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータを回転駆動する磁界を生じさせるトルク電流を供給すると共に、前記第2ステータの電機子巻線に前記ロータの永久磁石による磁束を強める界磁電流又は該磁束を弱める界磁電流を供給する通電制御手段を備え、
前記第1ステータと前記第2ステータの磁気回路断面積が、同一に設定されていることを特徴とする電動機の制御装置。
