Description
[実施例]
本発明を実施例によって更に詳細に説明する。
モンタンワックス 80.6質量%
グリセロール−トール樹脂エステル 15.0質量%
硫酸(濃) 2.0質量%
苛性カリ(45%濃度) 2.4質量%
モンタンワックスを攪拌下に約120℃で溶融する。液状モンタンワックスにグリセロール−トール樹脂エステルを添加しそして約140℃で空気を吹込みながら濃硫酸を混入する。約60分の反応時間の後に苛性カリを攪拌下に添加する。塩の形成が終了した後に、こうして製造されたモンタンワックス変性物を調製する。
Claims (8)
- モンタンワックス変性体の製造方法において、モンタンワックスを最初に100℃〜140℃で溶融し、次に3〜30質量%のトール樹脂又はトール樹脂をベースとするエステルを攪拌下に添加し、次いで種々の酸基を酸化作用を示す鉱酸の存在下に、かつ、空気の吹込み及び攪拌の下に110℃〜150℃で、存在するワックス−樹脂混合物中に導入し、そしてこれらの酸基を次に0.7〜4.5質量%のアルカリ水酸化物の添加によってそれの相応する塩に転化することを特徴とする、上記製造方法。
- モンタンワックスの溶融を120℃で行い、15質量%のトール樹脂またはトール樹脂をベースとするエステルを該溶融物に添加し、酸基の導入の間の温度が140℃であり、そして最後に2.4質量%のアルカリ水酸化物を添加する、請求項1に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
- 分子骨格中への酸基の導入を0.5〜4.0質量%の濃硫酸の使用によって行う、請求項1に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
- 分子骨格中への酸基の導入を2.0質量%の濃硫酸の使用によって行う、請求項1に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
- トール樹脂としてグリセロールエステルを使用する、請求項1に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
- モンタンワックスの変性物がトール樹脂又はトール樹脂をベースとするエステルと混合したモンタンワックスの意図的な化学反応からの生成物であり、その際にそれの塩に転化される酸基が分子骨格中に導入されて存在する、請求項1に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
- 疎水性を有する水性モンタンワックス配合物を製造するためにモンタンワックス変性物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
- 水性モンタンワックス配合物系を5〜50質量%のモンタンワックス変性物、95〜50質量%のパラフィン系炭化水素及び公知の乳化剤及び安定剤よりなる分散物の状態で製造するためにモンタンワックス変性物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のモンタンワックス変性物の製造方法。
