Claims (5)
- 合成樹脂からなる基材層と、この基材層よりも気体透過性の低いバリア層とを有する、バリア性に優れた合成樹脂製容器において、
前記バリア層は、結晶化ピーク温度が150℃以上の合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする、バリア性に優れた合成樹脂製容器。 - 請求項1において、前記バリア層は、メタキシレンイソフタラミド構造とヘキサメチレンイソフタラミド構造を有する非晶性ポリアミドを含有し、
この非晶性ポリアミドがバリア層に含有される比率が、15重量パーセント以上、25重量パーセント以下の範囲の合成樹脂であることを特徴とする、バリア性に優れた合成樹脂製容器。 - 請求項1又は2において、前記バリア層は、前記非晶性ポリアミドと、基材層を構成する材質よりも気体透過性の低いバリア材とからなり、
このバリア材は、メタキシレン基含有ポリアミドであることを特徴とする、バリア性に優れた合成樹脂製容器。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項において、前記非晶性ポリアミドが、メタキシレンジアミンとイソフタル酸との共重合体(MXDI)と、ヘキサメチレンジアミンとイソフタル酸との共重合体(6I)とのコポリアミド(MXDI/6I)であることを特徴とする、バリア性に優れた合成樹脂製容器。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項において、基材層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートにより構成されていることを特徴とする、バリア性に優れた合成樹脂製容器。
