Claims (8)
- カラムクロマトグラフィを利用してグリコヘモグロビン濃度を測定する方法であって、
測定波長を、417〜427nm、520〜526nm、または583〜589nmに設定する、グリコヘモグロビン濃度測定方法。 - 測定波長を、417〜427nmに設定する、請求項1に記載のグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定方法。
- 測定波長を419〜425nmに設定する、請求項1に記載のグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定方法。
- 血液中の赤血球から調製した試料を用いてグリコヘモグロビン濃度を測定する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定方法。
- 光源からの光を試料に照射し、そのときに試料から進行してくる光を受光部において受光する測光機構を備え、カラムクロマトグラフィを利用してグリコヘモグロビン濃度を測定するグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定装置であって、
上記測光機構は、417〜427nm、520〜526nm、または583〜589nmの光を、受光部において受光させることができるように構成されている、グリコヘモグロビン濃度測定装置。 - 上記測光機構は、417〜427nmの光を上記受光部において受光させることができるように構成されている、請求項5に記載のグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定装置。
- 上記測光機構は、419〜425nmの光を上記受光部において受光させることができるように構成されている、請求項5に記載のグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定装置。
- 血液中の赤血球から試料を調製するための試料調製機構をさらに備えている、請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のグリコヘモグロビン濃度測定装置。
