Claims (12)
- 再使用可能ないびき/気流センサであって、
(a)所定の形状構成のポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)膜であって、前記膜の表裏面上には金属化層を有するポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)膜と、
(b)それぞれが絶縁されていない末端部分に付けられたコンタクト部材を有する第1及び第2の絶縁されたリード線と、
(c)前記第1及び第2のリード線上の前記コンタクト部材を、前記PVDF膜の表裏面の前記金属化層に接着する導電性接着剤と、
(d)各々の両面接着テープの第1及び第2の層が、前記膜の表裏面に個別に接着される一方のサイドを有し、
前記両面接着テープの層が、前記所定の形状構成であり、前記コンタクト部材及び前記絶縁されたリード線の一部分を覆う、両面接着テープの第1及び第2の層と、
(e)湿気不浸透性で可撓性の熱可塑性材料の第1及び第2の最外層であって、
前記第1の最外層が、前記両面接着テープの第1の層に接着され、
前記第2の最外層が、前記両面接着テープの第2の層に接着され、
前記第1及び第2の最外層の周辺部分が互いに接着された状態にされた、第1及び第2の最外層とを含む、再使用可能ないびき/気流センサ。 - 前記所定の形状構成が、全体的にY字形状である、請求項1に記載の再使用可能ないびき/気流センサ。
- 前記所定の形状構成が、全体的に四角形であるが、丸い末端部を有する、請求項1に記載の再使用可能ないびき/気流センサ。
- 前記導電性接着剤が、導電性カーボン粒子を含んだ圧力受感接着剤である、請求項1に記載の再使用可能ないびき/気流センサ。
- 前記第1及び第2の最外層が、ポリウレタンを含む、請求項1に記載の再使用可能ないびき/気流センサ。
- 前記第1及び第2の最外層の前記接着された周辺部分が、前記センサへの湿気の侵入を排除する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の再使用可能ないびき/気流センサ。
- 再使用可能ないびき/気流センサを製作する方法であって、
(a)パイロ電気性及び圧電性の性質を示す材料の膜を設けるステップと、
(b)前記膜の表裏面を金属化するステップと、
(c)ステップ(b)の前記金属化膜を所望で所定の形状構成にカットするステップと、
(d)リード線のペアを設けるステップであって、
それぞれが、前記線の一方末端部に導電的に固定された金属タブを有する、ステップと、
(e)導電性接着剤で前記金属タブを前記金属化膜の対向するサイドに個々に加えるステップと、
(f)両面接着テープで前記金属化膜の対向するサイド上のステップ(e)の前記金属タブを覆うステップと、
(g)ステップ(f)の組立体のそれぞれの前記対向するサイド上の前記両面接着テープに、湿気不浸透性で可撓性のプラスチック層を接着するステップであって、
前記プラスチック層が前記金属化膜と同じ形状構成を有する、ステップと、
(h)可撓性の前記プラスチック層の周辺部分を互いに接着して、湿気不浸透性のシールを生成するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記周辺部分が、熱プロセスで接着される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺部分が、化学的プロセスで接着される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記金属化膜が、PVDFである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の形状構成が、全体的にY字形状である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の形状構成が、全体的に四角形であるが、1つの丸い末端部を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
