Claims (5)
- 蒸気ボイラーが設置された蒸気ボイラー室での油漏れを検知する油漏れ検知装置であって、前記蒸気ボイラーが設置される床部は傾斜床部に設定され、この傾斜床部には排水部が連設され、前記傾斜床部を流れる水は前記排水部へ導入されるように構成され、前記排水部に導入された水に混入している前記蒸気ボイラーから漏れた油を該水と分離する油分離部と、この油を検知する油検知部と、この油を検知したことを報知する報知部とを有し、前記油分離部は、前記排水収納部の対向する壁面にして異なる高さ位置に貫通孔が設けられ、この各貫通孔のうち高い位置の貫通孔は、前記排水部を構成する上流側管部材が接続されて導入部として構成され、低い位置の貫通孔は、前記排水部を構成する下流側管部材が接続されて導出部として構成され、前記下流側管部材には、前記排水収納部内に突出し下方に向けて屈曲する管部が設けられ、前記高い位置の貫通孔以下の位置での水面に油を浮かせる構成であり、前記油検知部は前記排水収納部内の前記水面に浮く油を検知するように構成されており、更に、前記油検知部は静電容量式センサーであることを特徴とする油漏れ検知装置。
- 請求項1記載の油漏れ検知装置において、前記排水部及び前記油分離部の少なくとも一方に雨水を供給する雨水供給部を設けたことを特徴とする油漏れ検知装置。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載の油漏れ検知装置において、前記排水収納部には開閉蓋が設けられていることを特徴とする油漏れ検知装置。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の油漏れ検知装置において、前記排水収納部を樹脂製のケース体で構成したことを特徴とする油漏れ検知装置。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の油漏れ検知装置において、前記上流側管部材及び前記下流側管部材は合成樹脂製であることを特徴とする油漏れ検知装置。
