Claims (9)
- 胚、雄性および/または雌性の配偶子、受精卵母細胞、未受精卵、ならびにこれら要素の組合せを含む群より選択される1つまたは複数の要素を含有するよう適合され、かつ軸(X)に沿って遠位端(12)および近位端(13)を有するハウジング(10)と、回収可能な子宮内デバイスを子宮内に保定するためのデバイス(20)とを含む、回収可能な子宮内システムであって
保定デバイス(20)が、ハウジング(10)の近位端(13)に配置され、かつ子宮腔内で
‐少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)が軸(X)から離れている自由位置、および
‐少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)が軸(X)に実質的に平行である取り出し位置
の少なくとも2つの位置を取るよう適合した少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)を含むことを特徴とする、回収可能な子宮内システム。 - 少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)が、少なくとも1つの導入位置を取るようさらに適合されており、該導入位置では、少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)が、ハウジング(10)の軸(X)に実質的に平行でありかつハウジング(10)の延長部であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- 少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)を自由保定位置に保定するよう適合された戻り力を発揮する弾性手段(22)の上に、少なくとも1つの保定アーム(23)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- 保定デバイス(20)が、ハウジング(10)の近位端(13)にある第一の端(22a)と保定アーム(23)に留められた第二の端(22b)とを有するばねを形成する少なくとも1つの湾曲ワイヤ(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- ばねを形成する湾曲ワイヤ(22)の第二の端(22b)の終端部(22'b)で保定アーム(23)が構成されていることを特徴とする回収可能な子宮内システムであって、終端部(22'b)が保護スリーブ(24)により覆われている、請求項4記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- ばねを形成する湾曲ワイヤ(22)が2つの湾曲部(22c, 22d)を含むことを特徴とする回収可能な子宮内システムであって、保定アーム(23)が、ばねを形成する湾曲ワイヤ(22)の湾曲部の1つ(22d)を中心に回転することによって導入位置の逆である取り出し位置を取るよう適合される、請求項4または5のいずれか一項記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- ばねを形成する湾曲ワイヤ(22)の第一の端(22a)の終端部(22'a)がコイルばねとして合致し、かつハウジング(10)の近位端(13)に固定された生体適合性材料の円筒形チューブ(21)の中に留められていることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- コイルばね(22'a)への挿入により固定された、システムを取り出すための糸(30)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7記載の回収可能な子宮内システム。
- 移送カテーテルと請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の子宮内システムとの組合せであって、システムがカテーテルに収容されている、組合せ。
