Claims (5)
- 電磁波を放出する板状の放射板を有する電磁波発生装置と、
前記放射板が配設され、密閉空間を形成するチャンバと、
当該チャンバに備わるガス導入口と、
前記チャンバ内に備わる載置台と、
当該載置台に載置され、滅菌対象物を収容するための箱体状のコンテナとを備え、
当該コンテナには通気口が備わり、
前記電磁波により、前記ガス導入口から前記通気口を介して前記コンテナ内に導入されたガスをプラズマ化して前記滅菌対象物を前記プラズマにより滅菌するプラズマ発生装置であって、
前記コンテナは金属製であり、前記放射板に密着し、当該密着部分が樹脂製であることを特徴とするプラズマ発生装置。 - 電磁波を放出する板状の放射板を有する電磁波発生装置と、
前記放射板が配設され、密閉空間を形成するチャンバと、
当該チャンバに備わるガス導入口と、
前記チャンバ内に備わる載置台と、
当該載置台に載置され、滅菌対象物を収容するための箱体状のコンテナとを備え、
当該コンテナには通気口が備わり、
前記電磁波により、前記ガス導入口から前記通気口を介して前記コンテナ内に導入されたガスをプラズマ化して前記滅菌対象物を前記プラズマにより滅菌するプラズマ発生装置であって、
前記コンテナは金属製のケース本体と、当該ケース本体の蓋となる樹脂製のリッドとからなり、
前記リッドが前記放射板に密着することを特徴とするプラズマ発生装置。 - 前記リッドの前記放射板との密着部分以外の部分は、金属製であるか又は金属板で覆われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラズマ発生装置。
- 前記載置台は昇降動作が可能であり、前記リッドの樹脂部分が前記放射板に密着するように位置決めすることができる位置決め手段が備わることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のプラズマ発生装置。
- 前記放射板は円板状であり、当該放射板には、前記電磁波を遮断する材質で形成された遮蔽板が取付けられ、当該遮蔽板は、前記放射板より小径の円板状であり、前記放射板と同心円上に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生装置。
