Claims (12)
- 複数の単位電池と;
前記各単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に設置され、互いに隣接する前記単位電池を固定する固定部と;
を備え、
前記固定部は、
前記複数の単位電池のうち、一の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に形成され、前記一の単位電池に隣接する他の単位電池に向けて突出し、突出した先端が当該他の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に当接するリブと;
前記一の単位電池に隣接する他の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に形成され、かつ、前記リブと結合されるホルダーと;
を有し、
前記ホルダーは、
前記他の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に形成され、前記一の単位電池に向けて突出する2つの突出部分により1つの前記リブの両側面を支持して前記リブを固定することを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池は、
前記ケースの外面に形成され、かつ、熱伝達媒体の流動通路を形成する隔壁を備える
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記隔壁は、
前記ケースの外面に、任意の間隔をおいて複数形成される
ことを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記固定部は、
前記複数の単位電池のうち、一の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に形成される雌コネクタと;
前記一の単位電池に隣接する他の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に形成され、かつ、前記雌コネクタと結合される雄コネクタと;
を備える
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記雌コネクタが形成された、前記一の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に、雄コネクタがさらに形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記雄コネクタが形成された、前記他の単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に、雌コネクタがさらに形成される
ことを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記隔壁は、
互いに隣接する単位電池の外枠を構成するケースの外面に密着して、前記熱伝達媒体の流動通路を形成する
ことを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記互いに隣接する単位電池に、各々形成された隔壁は、所定の間隔をおいて配置される
ことを特徴とする、
請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記互いに隣接する単位電池に、各々形成された隔壁は、雄雌結合方式で締結されて形成される
ことを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ケースは、
各々、対向する両端が開口された管構造からなり、前記開口された部位に、正極端子および負極端子が設置された、キャッププレートが設置される
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の単位電池の間に、絶縁フィルムが介在されている
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記固定部は、2つの前記リブと、2つの前記ホルダーと、を有し、
前記ホルダーは、前記リブの高さよりも低い2つの突出部分により当該リブの両側面を支持し、
一方の前記リブ及び前記ホルダーと、他方の前記リブ及び前記ホルダーとの間に、複数の前記隔壁が形成される
ことを特徴とする、
