Description
従ってここでは、該当する領域のゴムの全体を自己潤滑材料で構成することも可能である。
なお、ここでの潤滑剤としては、脂肪酸アミド、脂肪酸エステル等を用いることができる。
いいかえれば、ビード部より内周側部分にまで自己潤滑材料を適用した場合には、とくには、デフレート状態の下での空気ばねの取り扱い等に当って、筒状可撓膜体、なかでも、それのビード部が、潤滑剤の作用下で、それぞれの面板への嵌まり込み位置から抜け出すおそれが高くなる。

Claims (3)
- 上面板および下面板と、これらのそれぞれの面板に、それぞれの端部分を、ビード部によって気密に連結した筒状可撓膜体とからなり、内部に加圧気体を封入した空気ばねにおいて、
前記上面板に設けられて、筒状可撓膜体を下面板側に押圧する傾斜ゴムおよび、前記下面板に設けたビード受け座ゴムの少なくとも一方の、少なくとも表面層を自己潤滑材料にて形成し、
自己潤滑材料を、潤滑剤がブリードされるゴム、エラストマ、もしくは、潤滑剤がブリードされるゴムと樹脂材料とのブレンド材としてなる空気ばね。 - 筒状可撓膜体のビード部より半径方向外方域でその筒状可撓膜体に接触するゴム部分の少なくとも表面層を自己潤滑材料にて形成してなる請求項1に記載の空気ばね。
- 上面板に設けた前記傾斜ゴムの傾き形態を、上面板の平面視で、直交座標系の180°隔てたそれぞれの位置で同一とする一方、同平面視で90°毎に変化させ、この90°の角度範囲の中間部に形態の変換部を設けてなる請求項1もしくは2に記載の空気ばね。
