Claims (2)
- フィルム状、シート状又は板状の基材の両面にガスケットを一体に成形したシール部品の製造において、前記基材とその一側に衝合される第一の分割型との間に画成され成形材料供給ゲートが開口した第一のキャビティと、前記基材とその他側に衝合される第二の分割型との間に画成される第二のキャビティを、前記基材に開設した第一の連通孔を介して互いに連通させ、前記第一の分割型に、前記第一のキャビティにおける成形材料の合流部に開口した第一のエアベント孔と、前記第二のキャビティにおける成形材料の合流部で前記基材に開設した第二の連通孔に位置して開口した第二のエアベント孔を、前記基材の表面から離間して設けることを特徴とするシール部品の製造方法。
- フィルム状、シート状又は板状の基材の両面にガスケットを一体に成形したシール部品の製造において、前記基材とその一側に衝合される第一の分割型との間に画成され成形材料供給ゲートが開口した第一のキャビティと、前記基材とその他側に衝合される第二の分割型との間に画成される第二のキャビティを、前記成形材料供給ゲートと対応する位置で前記基材に開設した第一の連通孔と、前記第一及び第二のキャビティにおける成形材料の合流部で前記基材に開設した第二の連通孔を介して互いに連通させ、前記第一の分割型に、前記第二の連通孔と対応する位置に開口したエアベント孔を、前記基材の表面から離間して設けることを特徴とするシール部品の製造方法。
