Claims (16)
- 射出成形材料を使用して金型キャビティに挿入した金属の金型コアに被せ成形することによって、成形部品をその中で製造することができる金型キャビティを有する射出成形ツール(14)と、
前記射出成形材料を被せ成形した前記金型コアを融出させることができる融解ツール(18)とを備え、
前記融解ツール(18)が、前記金型コアの材料中に渦電流を発生させることができる少なくとも1つの導電要素(28)を備え、
前記融解ツール(18)が、成形部品を中に受け入れるように適合された閉止可能なチャンバを備える射出成形機(10)であって、
前記チャンバ(18)が真空排気されるように適合されることを特徴とする、射出成形機(10)。 - 前記導電要素(28)が少なくとも1つの誘導コイルを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記導電要素(28)が前記チャンバ(18)の内部に配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機(10)。 - 前記導電要素(28)が前記チャンバ(18)の外部に配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。 - 融解した金型コア材料を前記成形部品の外に移送するように適合された金型コア移送手段(24、26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記金型コア移送手段(24、26)が、液状金型コア材料と連通している、またはそれと連通するように適合された少なくとも1つのライン(26)に、前記融解した金型コア材料を吸引によって離脱させる真空圧をかけることができるポンプ装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記金型コア移送手段(24、26)が、前記金型コアに対して、前記融解した金型コア材料を前記成形部品から押し出す力を加えるように適合されたコンプレッサ装置および/またはスライド装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記金型コアを製造するように適合された金型コアツール(16)と、前記金型コアを前記金型コアツール(16)から前記射出成形ツール(14)に搬送するとともに、前記金型コアを前記射出成形ツール(14)に挿入する移送手段(30)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記融解した金型コア材料が、前記融解ツール(18)から前記金型コアツール(16)に戻されるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- それを介して前記成形部品を前記射出成形ツール(14)から取外し、かつ前記融解ツール(18)に搬送することができる移送手段(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記成形部品が可動であるように前記融解ツール(18)内で支持され、回転可能または旋回可能に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記融解ツール(18)が、それと関連付けられた、前記融解ツール(18)内に配置された前記成形部品を往復運動させることができる振動駆動部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 少なくとも前記射出成形ツール(14)、前記融解ツール(18)及び前記金型コアツール(16)を中に収容する個別の機械モジュールの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記個別の機械モジュールに設けられた移送手段(30)であって、前記金型コアを取り外した後、前記成形部品を前記融解ツール(18)から取り外すことができ、また前記成形部品を前記金型コアとともに前記射出成形ツール(14)から前記融解ツール(18)に搬送することができ、さらに前記金型コアを前記金型コアツール(16)から前記射出成形ツール(14)に搬送することができる移送手段(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記射出成形材料が熱可塑性プラスチック材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
- 前記射出成形材料が熱硬化性プラスチック材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機(10)。
