Claims (8)
- バルク材料用コンテナ(3)及び該コンテナ(3)に入れられたバルク材料の量を計量する計量モジュール(2)を備え、前記コンテナ(3)に、その中に入れられたバルク材料を攪拌するための攪拌装置(5)を配置した計量ユニット(1)と、
前記計量ユニット(1)における計量モジュール(2)及び攪拌装置(5)を駆動する駆動ユニット(24)と
を備えたバルク材料計量装置であって、
前記攪拌装置(5)が、バルク材料を攪拌するための基礎ローター(11)を有し、該基礎ローター(11)の駆動軸と、前記駆動ユニット(24)の出力軸とにクイック連結具(10,29)を設けると共に、
前記計量モジュール(2)の駆動軸と、前記駆動ユニット(24)の出力軸に、相互に動力伝達可能な動力伝達手段(6,30)を設け、
前記計量ユニット(1)を、前記攪拌装置(5)の駆動軸を中心として、前記計量モジュール(2)の動力伝達手段(6)と前記駆動ユニット(24)の動力伝達手段(30)とが連結・分離するように、回動可能に構成することにより、
前記計量ユニット(1)を前記駆動ユニット(24)から取り外し可能とし、
前記駆動ユニット(24)が、単一のモータ(25)で、攪拌装置(5)及び計量モジュール(2)を駆動するように構成され、
前記モータ(25)の軸(A)と攪拌装置(5)の軸(B)とが実質的に平行に、かつ、動作状態においてこれらの軸(A)及び(B)が計量モジュール(2)の駆動軸(C)と実質的に直角の角度をなすように配置されている
ことを特徴とするバルク材料計量装置。 - 前記計量モジュール(2)が、計量手段としての少なくとも一つのスクリューコンベア(4)、又はコンテナからバルク材料を移送するためのコンベアベルトを備え、
前記スクリューコンベア(4)又はコンベアベルトが、前記計量モジュール(2)の駆動軸(C)を介して、前記駆動ユニット(24)で駆動される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルク材料計量装置。 - 基礎ロータ(11)が、攪拌装置(5)の中心領域にキャップ(16)を備え、
基礎ロータ(11)が、コンテナ(3)内のシャフト(15)上に配置され得、軸(B)を中心に回転し得るように、下側部分が拡径された孔(19)が、キャップ(16)を貫通する軸(B)に沿って伸び、
キャップ(16)の下側部分に中間空間が形成され、
キャップ(16)が、その下側部分に少なくとも一つの溝(17)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルク材料計量装置。 - 溝(17)の内側端部が、攪拌装置(5)の回転方向において、溝(17)の外側端部より前にあり、
それにより、シャフト(15)とキャップ(16)との間にあるバルク材料が、攪拌装置(5)の回転運動の結果として、コンテナ(3)内に流れ戻る
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバルク材料計量装置。 - 攪拌装置(5)の基礎ローター(11)が、コンテナ(3)の内面形状に合った少なくとも一つのブレード(18)を備え、
前記ブレード(18)がコンテナ(3)の底部領域から1mm未満の距離で軸(B)を中心に回転する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項の記載のバルク材料計量装置。 - 前記駆動ユニット(24)が、第一ベベルギヤ(26)によって、モータ(25)の軸(A)が、それと実質的に直角の角度をなす第二ベベルギヤ(26)を備えた軸(D)を駆動するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のバルク材料計量装置。 - 前記駆動ユニット(24)の軸(D)が、動作状態において、計量モジュール(2)の駆動軸(C)と実質的に平行であり、この駆動軸(C)を直接又は間接的に駆動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のバルク材料計量装置。 - 前記駆動ユニット(24)の軸(D)上の動力伝達手段(30)が、前記計量モジュール(2)の駆動軸(C)上の動力伝達手段(6)を駆動する
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のバルク材料計量装置。
