Claims (1)
- 一端に反射鏡を有する円環室内に高圧ガス噴射口と共鳴空洞とを放射状に多数対峙させて超音波を発振せしめると共に、該円環室の他端を収縮円錐環を介して収縮・拡大ノズル(ラバールノズル)に連結してエゼクターを構築することにより液状物質を吸引・混合せしめて、液状物質に超音波とエゼクターの両効果を同時相乗的に作用せしめることを特徴とする、液状物質の処理装置。
