Description
本発明の実施形態では、弾性力付勢手段は少なくとも1つの弾性力付勢ブリッジ部材を含むのがよい。該弾性力付勢ブリッジ部材は、本発明では円周シール部分と切替え円筒弁の間の領域に延びるように形成される。円周シール面の切替え円筒弁嵌入穴の内壁面への押し付け圧力の均等化を確実にするために、それぞれ1つの自由端を有する2つの弾性力付勢ブリッジ部材を設けることも考えられる。

Claims (11)
- 多シリンダ内燃機関における切替え円筒弁(11)の吸気管に対するシールのための切替え円筒弁シール部材(1)であって、円周シール面(3)を備えて円周方向に延びる互いに隔たった2つの円周シール部分(2)と、軸方向シール面(5)を備えて軸方向に延びる互いに隔たった2つの軸方向延在シール部分(4)と、少なくとも前記円周シール部分(2)を半径方向に付勢する少なくとも1つの弾性力付勢手段(7)とを有する切替え円筒弁シール部材(1)において、前記弾性力付勢手段(7)は前記円周シール部分(2)の前記切替え円筒弁に向いた側に配設されているとともに、
前記弾性力付勢手段(7)は少なくとも1つの弾性力付勢ブリッジ部分(7)を含み、
前記ブリッジ部分(7)は前記円周シール部分(2)と一体で閉じた形状に形成されているとともに、連結部分(10)を介して互いに連結された半径方向弾性力付勢部分(8、9)を有し、前記連結部分(10)の輪郭形状は前記半径方向弾性力付勢部分(8、9)の輪郭形状から外れていることを特徴とする切替え円筒弁シール部材。 - 前記ブリッジ部分(7)は前記円周シール面(3)と間隔をおいて該円周シール面(3)に少なくとも部分的に少なくとも近似的に平行に延びることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記連結部分(10)は屈曲形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記連結部分(10)は前記半径方向弾性力付勢部分(8,9)の中央に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記弾性力付勢手段(7)が前記切替え円筒弁(11)を取り巻く角度は180°よりも小さいことを特徴とする前記請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記切替え円筒弁シール部材(1)を前記切替え円筒弁(11)に取り外し可能に固定するための固定用手段(12)が前記切替え円筒弁シール部材(1)に設けられていることを特徴とする前記請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記固定用手段(12)は少なくとも軸方向延在シール部分(4)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記固定用手段(12)は少なくとも前記切替え円筒弁(11)の固定用突起を受け入れるための軸方向に延びる固定用リセスを含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材。
- 前記請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の切替え円筒弁シール部材(1)を少なくとも1つ備えた切替え円筒弁。
- 前記弾性力付勢部材(7)は前記切替え円筒弁(11)の2つの互いに離れた支持部材で支持されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の切替え円筒弁。
- 前記切替え円筒弁(11)は前記切替え円筒弁シール部材(1)の固定用リセス(12)に固定する少なくとも1つの突起部を有することを特徴とする請求項9あるいは10に記載の切替え円筒弁。
