Claims (2)
- (Bi0.5Na0.5)xBa1−xTiO3
で表され、xが0.05〜0.2であるペロブスカイト構造を有するように合成された化合物を主成分とし、
第一副成分として
Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb及びYから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の希土類金属を1分子中1原子の酸化物換算で前記主成分100molに対して0.25mol〜1.50molと、
Mgを1分子中1原子の酸化物換算で前記主成分100molに対して0.20mol〜1.50molと、
V、Cr及びMnから選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属を1分子中1原子の酸化物換算で前記主成分100molに対して0.03mol〜0.60molと、
を含有し、
第二副成分としてSiO2またはSiO2を主体とするガラス成分を含有している
ことを特徴とする誘電体セラミックス。 - 略直方体形状のセラミック積層体と、該セラミック積層体中に誘電体セラミックスを介して対向しかつ交互に異なる端面へ引出されるように形成された内部電極と、前記セラミック積層体の両端面に形成され、該端面に引き出された前記内部電極のそれぞれに電気的に接続された外部電極と、を有する積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、
前記誘電体セラミックスが
(Bi0.5Na0.5)xBa1−xTiO3
で表され、xが0.05〜0.2であるペロブスカイト構造を有するように合成された化合物を主成分とし、
第一副成分として
Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb及びYから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の希土類金属を1分子中1原子の酸化物換算で前記主成分100molに対して0.25mol〜1.5molと、
Mgを1分子中1原子の酸化物換算で前記主成分100molに対して0.2mol〜1.5molと、
V、Cr及びMnから選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属を1分子中1原子の酸化物換算で前記主成分100molに対して0.03mol〜0.60molと、
を含有し、
第二副成分としてSiO2またはSiO2を主体とするガラス成分を含有しており、前記内部電極がNiまたはNi合金で形成されている
ことを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
