Description
図1は、本発明の紡糸口金パックの一実施形態を例示した図であって、図1(a)は模式平面図を示し、図1(b)は、図1(a)におけるX−X’矢視断面図である。なお、この図1に例示した紡糸口金パックは、複数種のポリマー(図1の例は“2種のポリマー”の場合を示す)を一つの口金に受け入れて、芯鞘型複合単繊維群、海島型複合単繊維群、サイドバイサイド型複合単繊維群、あるいはこれらを組合わせた変形複合単繊維群から構成されるマルチフィラメント糸を多錘(図1の例は“3錘”の場合を示す)で溶融紡糸するために好適に使用することができる。

Claims (4)
- 同一の汎用溶融紡糸装置にそれぞれ個別かつ共通に装着でき、かつ該溶融紡糸装置側からそれぞれ独立に導入された「互いに種類が異なる2以上のポリマー」と「同種又は異種の2以上のポリマー」とから複合繊維と単一繊維とをそれぞれ紡出する複合繊維用紡糸口金パックと単一繊維用紡糸口金パックであって、一方の前記複合繊維用紡糸口金パックには前記溶融紡糸装置からそれぞれ独立に導入された異種のポリマー群を口金パック内で合流させた複合流を紡出する複合繊維用口金が装着され、他方の前記単一繊維用紡糸口金パックには前記溶融紡糸装置からそれぞれ独立に導入された異種又は同種のポリマーを合流させること無く互いに分離した状態で各単一種ポリマーとしてそれぞれ受け入れて紡出する単一繊維用口金が装着された、汎用溶融紡糸装置に共用の紡糸口金パック。
- 前記複合繊維用紡糸口金パックに多錘の複合繊維用紡糸口金が装着された、請求項1に記載の汎用溶融紡糸装置に共用の紡糸口金パック。
- 前記単一繊維用紡糸口金パックに装着される単一繊維用の紡糸口金群が一直線上に配設されたことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の汎用溶融紡糸装置に共用の紡糸口金パック。
- 前記複合繊維用紡糸口金パックが芯鞘型複合単繊維群、海島型複合単繊維群、又はサイドバイサイド型複合単繊維群を溶融紡糸する口金パックである請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の汎用溶融紡糸装置に共用の紡糸口金パック。
