Claims (5)
- 羽根車と、前記羽根車に吸い込まれる空気の流れを案内するベルマウスと、装置フレーム側に固定される環状固定子及び前記羽根車側に取り付けられた環状回転子を有する環状モータとを備えており、
前記羽根車は前記ベルマウスと一体化されたベルマウス一体型羽根車であり、前記モータの前記環状回転子は前記ベルマウス一体型羽根車に取り付けられ、
前記ベルマウス一体型羽根車は、前記環状モータの空気取り入れ側に配設されたベアリングによって前記装置フレームに回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする送風装置。 - 請求項1に記載の送風装置において、
前記ベアリングは、前記環状回転子に対応して径方向内側に配置された内輪と前記環状固定子に対応して径方向外側に配置された外輪と、両輪間に配置された転動体とを有していることを特徴とする送風装置。 - 請求項1に記載の送風装置において、
前記ベアリングは、前記環状固定子に対応して軸方向内側に配置された内輪と軸方向外側に配置された外輪と、両輪間に配置された転動体とを有していることを特徴とする送風装置。 - 請求項1に記載の送風装置において、
前記ベルマウス一体型羽根車は、異物流入防止用の金網を支持する支持部の中央部において、ベアリングを介して前記回転可能に支持された羽根車支持軸に取り付けられていることを特徴とする送風装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の送風装置において、
前記ベルマウス一体型羽根車は、空気取入れ側において少なくとも前記環状回転子の側部を覆うとともに、空気送出側に向かうに従って前記環状回転子に沿って延び、更に空気送出側において前記環状固定子の側面に対面する位置にまで延びていることを特徴とする送風装置。
