−例えばガラス、シリカ又はロックウール(岩綿)で作られた無機繊維が挙げられる。
エラストマー材料の例としては、天然ゴム、ポリブタジエン、SBR、ポリウレタン等が挙げられる。
Claims (11)
- 一方が内側、他方が外側に位置した少なくとも2つのカーカス型の補強構造体を有するタイヤであって、前記カーカス型の補強構造体の各々は、ビードからサイドウォールに向かって円周方向に延びて前記タイヤの各側で前記ビード内に繋留されており、前記ビードのベースは、リムシートに取り付けられるように構成され、各前記ビードの半径方向外方の延長部としてサイドウォールが設けられ、前記サイドウォールは、トレッドに半径方向外方に合体し、前記タイヤは、更に、二方向弾性布で作られた少なくとも1つの円周方向二方向弾性補強要素を有し、用いられる前記二方向弾性布は、二方向弾性編物、即ち、ループメッシュ布であり、前記ループメッシュ布のメッシュ形成ループは、編成方向に且つ前記編成方向に垂直な方向に互いに対して動くことができ、前記二方向弾性補強要素は、前記カーカス型の補強構造体の少なくとも1つに隣接して、且つ、実質的にカーカス型の補強構造体の一部分に沿って平行に延びるように位置決めされている、タイヤ。
- 前記二方向弾性補強要素は、H/2に相当する位置の半径方向外側に位置する前記サイドウォールの部分内に位置決めされている、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 少なくとも1つのクラウン補強構造体を有し、各クラウン補強構造体は、一連のクラウン補強スレッドから成り、前記クラウン補強スレッドの各々は、横方向に延びるような仕方で位置決めされている、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記二方向弾性補強要素は、前記タイヤのクラウン領域内に位置決めされている、請求項1又は3記載のタイヤ。
- 前記二方向弾性補強要素は、弧Lの1/10に相当する最小長さを有し、前記弧Lは、実質的に、H/2に相当する前記位置とショルダの点Nを通り且つ前記ショルダの外側部分との交点に垂直な直線との間の前記カーカス型補強構造体の経路に相当し、前記ショルダの前記端点Nは、前記タイヤの前記ショルダ領域内に、タイヤの外面上への一方において前記トレッドの軸方向外側端部の表面の接線と他方においてサイドウォールの半径方向外側端部との前記交点の垂直投影によって定められる、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記二方向弾性布は、次の特徴、即ち、少なくとも8%の弾性伸び率、及び、1デシメートル当たり150個のメッシュ、好ましくは1デシメートル当たり200個のメッシュよりも少なく又はこれに等しいメッシュサイズのうちの少なくとも一方、好ましくはこれら全てを有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記布は、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、レーヨン、綿、ウール、アラミド、シルク及びリネンから選択された少なくとも1種類の材料から成る、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記布は、或る所与の割合分の弾性スレッドを含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記布又は前記編物の厚さは、0.2mm〜2mm、好ましくは0.4mm〜1.2mmである、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記布又は前記編物の基本重量は、一般に、70g/m2〜700g/m2、好ましくは140g/m2〜410g/m2である、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記二方向弾性編物は、熱硬化性ポリマー及び熱可塑性ポリマーから選択された少なくとも1種類のポリマーで作られている、請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
