Claims (30)
- ハウジング(36)と、前記ハウジング(36)内に収容されているDC電力消費体(12)と、本線独立型エネルギー源(22)のためのインタフェース(26)とを備えた外科用DC電動器具(10)であって、
外科用スイッチモード電源(38;76;138;238;338)が設けられ、該電源が、スイッチモード電源回路装置(68;168;268;368;468)と、スイッチモード電源ハウジング(40;140;240;340)と、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)内に形成された、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168;268;368;468)を収容するための回路レセプタクル(42;142;242;342)とを含むこと、及び
前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)が、前記本線独立型エネルギー源(22)のために設けられている前記DC電動器具(10)の前記インタフェース(26)に係合されることに適合されるように設計された、スイッチモード電源インタフェース(74;174;274;374)を有すること、
前記ハウジング(36)が、前記本線独立型エネルギー源(22)のためのエネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)を有すること、
前記外科用スイッチモード電源(138)が、前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)内に完全に挿入されることに適合されるように設計されていること、
前記DC電動器具(10)が、前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)を閉鎖するためのハウジングカバー(40;180;180’;240;340)を含むこと、及び
前記ハウジングカバー(40;180;180’;240;340)上に電気接続用接点(48;184;184’;248;348)が設けられ、該接点が、前記ハウジングカバー(40;180;180’;240;340)の内側で前記外科用スイッチモード電源(38;76;138;238;338)に、かつ前記カバー(40;180;180’;240;340)の外側で本線接続線(52;190)に、直接的又は間接的に接続可能であること
を特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。 - 請求項1に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記インタフェース(74;174;274;374)が、前記DC電動器具(10)の前記インタフェース(26)に取り外し可能に接続することができるように設計されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記インタフェース(74;174;274;374)が、前記DC電動器具(10)の前記インタフェース(26)に電気的及び/又は機械的に接続可能であるように設計されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記インタフェース(26)が、前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)に、又は前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)内に配置されることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記DC電動器具(10)をAC電圧エネルギー電源(58)に取り外し可能に接続するために、本線接続線(52;190)が設けられていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、
前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140)がスイッチモード電源ハウジング開口(62;162)を有し、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168)が前記開口から前記回路レセプタクル(42;142)内に挿入可能であること、及び
前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140)が、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング開口(62;162)を閉鎖するためのスイッチモード電源ハウジングカバー(60;160)を含むこと、
を特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;240;340)が、蒸気により滅菌されることに適合されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)が、少なくとも1つのプラスチック材料から製造されることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記回路レセプタクル(42;142;242;342)を前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)に対して液密に密閉するために、少なくとも1つのシール(64、78;164、182:282;382)が設けられていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項9に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記回路レセプタクル(42;142)を前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)に対して液密に密閉するために、前記少なくとも1つのシール(64;164)が、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140)上に、前記スイッチモード電源の請求項6に記載のハウジング開口(62;162)を囲繞するように配置されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項9又は10のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の請求項6に記載のハウジングカバー(60;160)が前記スイッチモード電源の請求項6に記載のハウジング開口(62;162)を閉鎖する際、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140)及び前記スイッチモード電源の請求項6に記載のハウジングカバー(60;160)を互いに対して密閉するよう、前記少なくとも1つのシール(64;164)が配置されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)を、前記ハウジング(36)の前記エネルギー電源レセプタクル(18)に対して密閉するよう、前記少なくとも1つのシール(64;78;182;282;382)が配置されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168;268;368)を前記外科用DC電動器具(10)のDC電力消費体(12)に接続するために、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)上に第1電気接点(66;166;266;366)が設けられていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項13に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記第1電気接点(66;166)が、前記スイッチモード電源の請求項6に記載のハウジングカバー(60;160)上に配置されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、本線接続線(52;190)の第3電気接点に接続するための、又は前記外科用DC電動器具(10)のハウジングカバー(180;180’)の第4電気接点(184;184’)に接続するための第2電気接点(48;148;248;348)が、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)上に設けられていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、本線接続線(52;190)が設けられ、該接続線が、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)から案内されると共に該ハウジングに取り外し不能に接続され、かつ前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168;268;368)に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(268;368)が、滅菌されることに適合されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(268)が、滅菌可能なプラスチック材料(392)に鋳造されることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項18に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記プラスチック材料(392)がエポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(268;368)と前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(240;340)とが、互いに取り外し不能に接続されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(368)が防湿性膜(398)により囲繞されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、DC消費体の制御及び/又は調整回路(496)が設けられ、該回路が、前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140;240;340)により少なくとも部分的に囲繞されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項22に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(468)が、前記DC消費体の制御及び/又は調整回路(496)を含むことを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168)を前記スイッチモード電源の前記ハウジング(40;140)に挿入するために、挿入補助具が設けられていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項24に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記挿入補助具が漏斗形の設計を有することを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168;268;368;468)が、AC電圧をDC電圧に変換するための整流回路(494)を含むことを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記スイッチモード電源の前記回路装置(68;168;268;368;468)が、AC電圧エネルギー電源(58)に直接的又は間接的に接続するための本線接続用接点(70;170;270;370;470)と、DC電動器具(10)又は前記DC電動器具のDC消費体(12)に直接的又は間接的に接続するためのDC接続用接点(72;172;272;372;472)とを有することを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項15〜27のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、請求項13に記載の第1電気接点(66;166;266;366)、請求項15に記載の第2電気接点(48;148;248;348)、請求項15に記載の第3電気接点、請求項15に記載の第4電気接点(184;184’)、請求項27に記載の本線接続用接点(70;170;270;370;470)、及び/又は請求項27に記載のDC接続用接点(72;172;272;372;472)が、電気プラグ・コネクタの形態に設計されていることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜28のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記DC電力消費体(12)がDC電気モータであることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
- 請求項1〜29のいずれか1項に記載の外科用DC電動器具であって、前記外科用DC電動器具(10)が外科用ドリル又は外科用鋸であることを特徴とする外科用DC電動器具。
