Claims (6)
- 第1および第2照明光を照射し、蛍光物質を含む試料を照明するための照明部と、前記試料からの放射光の分光分布を測定する分光部と、前記第1および第2照明光をそれぞれ順次照射し、前記分光部により測定して得た情報に基づいて、前記試料の光学特性を算出する演算制御部とを備えた光学特性測定装置であって、
前記第1照明光および前記第2照明光は、前記蛍光物質の励起波長域と蛍光波長域との相対分光分布において、互いに異なる分光分布を有し、
前記分光部は、前記放射光の異なる波長成分をそれぞれ受光する複数の受光素子を有し、前記受光素子ごとに異なる位相で受光した各波長成分を積分して読み出す逐次読み出し型の電荷蓄積型センサアレイを備え、
前記電荷蓄積型センサアレイは、前記各受光素子が受光した各波長成分を積分して読み出す動作を繰り返し複数回行い、
前記演算制御部は、前記試料に前記第2照明光を照射する期間が、前記蛍光の波長成分を受光する各受光素子の積分期間内であり、繰り返し複数回行われる前記各受光素子が受光した各波長成分を積分して読み出す動作の周期において、蛍光の波長成分を受光する各受光素子の積分期間中に前記第2照明光が照射される周期と、当該積分期間中に前記第2照明光が照射されない周期とが、交互に繰り返し行われるように、前記第1および第2照明光の照射を制御することで前記試料の光学特性を算出する光学特性測定装置。 - 配列された複数の前記試料を走査することで、前記試料の光学特性を算出する、請求項2に記載の光学特性測定装置。
- 前記第1照明光は紫外光を含まない照明光であり、前記第2照明光は紫外光を含む照明光である、請求項1に記載の光学特性測定装置。
- 紫外光を照射する第2照明部と、白色光を照射する第1照明部とを備え、
前記第1照明部のみ駆動させて、前記第1照明光を照射し、
前記第1照明部および前記第2照明部を同時に駆動させて、前記第2照明光を照射する、請求項3に記載の光学特性測定装置。 - 前記第2照明部は、紫外LEDである、請求項4に記載の光学特性測定装置。
- 前記演算制御部は、前記第1および第2照明光を前記試料に照射した場合のそれぞれの放射光を、前記分光部により測定して得た情報からそれぞれの前記照明光による分光放射率係数を求め、当該求められたそれぞれの分光放射率係数を波長ごとに異なる重みで線形結合して、前記試料の所定の照明光による分光放射率係数を求める、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の光学特性測定装置。
