Claims (8)
- ピストンプレートと、キャリアプレートと、投与ブロックヘッドとを備える投与ヘッド装置で使用し、多数のピンを支えるピンサポートフレームを支持する、ピンサポート装置の一部を構成する作動装置であって、
前記キャリアプレートに接続する接続部材と、
前記ピンの端に接触する連動位置と、該連動位置から間隔をあけた非連動位置とで移動するピン連動部材と、
前記投与ブロックヘッドに接続され、前記ピン連動部材に向かい合わせのピン連動作動部材と、
前記ピン連動部材を前記連動位置の方へ偏らせるためのばねと、
前記ピン連動作動部材と前記ピン連動部材をつなぎ、前記ピン連動作動部材が前記投与ブロックに押されて前記ピン連動部材と前記ピンサポートフレームに向かって移動するにつれて、前記ピン連動部材を前記非連動位置へと移動させ、そして前記ピン連動作動部材が前記ピン連動部材と前記ピンサポートフレームから離れるにつれて、前記ばねによって前記ピン連動部材を前記連動位置に移動させるリンケージと、
を備えたことを特徴とする作動装置。 - 前記接続部材が、前記キャリアプレート上にある一組のローディングピンを受け取れる大きさの一組の取っ手であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記接続部材に、前記キャリアプレート上にある一組のローディングピンと対応する補完的な形状をした連動部分を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記ピン連動部材が略平らなピン連動面であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記ピン連動部材の下面に弾力パッドを設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記ピン連動作動部材の上面に弾力パッドを設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記リンケージはシザーズリンケージであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記リンケージは、各対で互いに交差しつつ枢軸取り付けされた少なくとも2対のリンケージアームを備えたシザーズリンケージであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
