Description
1.気相法により固体電解質層を形成する電解質層形成工程
2.前記固体電解質層の表面に金属リチウムと反応して金属リチウムを不活性化する液状物質を塗布して、固体電解質層のピンホールに液状物質を存在させる塗布工程
3.塗布後、固体電解質層表面の余分な液状物質を除去する除去工程
正極、固体電解質層、負極を積層した構造の本発明の全固体リチウム二次電池を作製し、充放電サイクル試験を実施した。基材、正極活物質、固体電解質、液状物質、及び負極活物質には、それぞれ以下の材料を用いた。
基材:ステンレス箔(直径10mm×厚さ10μm)
正極活物質:LiCoO2
固体電解質:Li2S‐P2S5系固体電解質(Li2S:P2S5の組成比がモル比で4:1)
液状物質:EMI‐Clイオン性液体
負極活物質:Li金属
ステンレス箔上に、レーザアブレーション法を用いてLiCoO2からなる厚さ1μmの正極活物質層を成膜した。ステンレス箔は正極集電体を兼ねており、これらを正極とした。
試料1及び比較例1の正負両電極にそれぞれリード端子を取り付け、試料1及び比較例1について、充電上限電圧:4.2V、放電下限電圧:3V、充放電電流:0.02mAの条件で、充電・放電を1サイクルとする充放電サイクル試験を実施した。
液状物質にEMI‐Fイオン性液体を用いた以外は、試料1と同様にして、全固体リチウム二次電池を作製した。この電池を試料2とし、同じものを10個作製した。試料2についても、上記の充放電サイクル試験を実施し、電池の評価を行った結果、試料2では、試料1と同様、10個中全てが、正負両極間に短絡が生じることなく、100サイクル後も安定した充放電が可能であった。
Claims (4)
- 気相法により固体電解質層を形成する電解質層形成工程と、
前記固体電解質層の表面に金属リチウムと反応して金属リチウムを不活性化する液状物質を塗布して、固体電解質層のピンホールに液状物質を存在させる塗布工程と、
塗布後、固体電解質層表面の余分な液状物質を除去する除去工程と、
を備え、
前記液状物質にイオン性液体を用いることを特徴とする全固体リチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記イオン性液体を構成するカチオンが、トリメチルプロピルアンモニウム、トリメチルメトキシメチルアンモニウム、トリメチルフェニールアンモニウム、1‐エチル‐3‐メチルイミダゾリウム、トリエチルスルフォニウム及びブチルピリジニウムからなる群から選択される一種以上であり、
前記イオン性液体を構成するアニオンが、トリフルオロメタンスルフォニルイミド、フルオロスルフォニルイミド、トリフルオロスルフォニルアセチルイミド、クロロアルミネート、テトラフルオロボレート、フルオライド、クロライド、アイオダイド及びブロマイドからなる群から選択される一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全固体リチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記固体電解質層が、Li 2 S‐P 2 S 5 を含む硫化物系固体電解質であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の全固体リチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記除去工程において、固体電解質層表面の余分な液状物質を吸収体にて拭き取った後、さらに、有機溶媒を含浸させた吸収体で固体電解質表面を拭うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の全固体リチウム二次電池の製造方法。
