Description
Claims (41)
- 外科器具(60)の外科駆動ユニット(14)であって、少なくとも2つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)と、該駆動ユニット(14)及び/又はモータ(68)を特徴づけるデータを保存するためのメモリ装置(90)とを備えたモータ(68)を含む外科駆動ユニットにおいて、
該駆動ユニット(14)が、前記メモリ装置(90)に接続されている第1送受信装置(82a)と、前記モータ(68)の少なくとも2つの接続接触部(70a、70c)に接続されている第2送受信装置(82b)とを含むこと、及び
前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)間でデータが非接触式に転送可能となるように該第1及び第2送受信装置が構成され相互作用すること、及び
前記少なくとも2つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)のうちの1つ(72c)が前記第2送受信装置(82b)を形成すること
を特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記第1及び/又は前記第2送受信装置(82a、82b)がアンテナ(84a、84b)として構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記メモリ装置(90)に保存されているデータが、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)間で非接触式に転送可能であることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)が電磁波(96)を送受信するように構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)が互いに非接触式に結合されていることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項5に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)が互いに誘導結合されていることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、外科駆動ユニット(14)及び/又はモータ(68)の種類又は型を識別するためのモータ識別装置(80)を特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項7に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ識別装置(80)が前記メモリ装置(90)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ識別装置(80)が前記第1送受信装置(82a)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ識別装置(80)がRFID(無線周波数識別)部品(86)として構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ識別装置(80)が、前記第2送受信装置(82b)の空間的近傍に配置されることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ識別装置(80)が、受動的なモータ識別装置(80)として構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記第1及び/又は第2送受信装置(82a、82b)により、短い範囲の高周波電磁場が生成可能であることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記メモリ装置(90)が不揮発性メモリ(92)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記メモリ装置(90)が書き込み不可メモリ(92)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記メモリ装置(90)が、リードオンリーメモリ(ROM)(92)として構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ(68)が3つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記駆動ユニット(14)が、前記モータ(18)の作動を無効にするためのモータ無効装置(98)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項18に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ無効装置(98)が、2つのモータ接続接触部(70a、70b)に接続されているスイッチ要素(100)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項19に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ無効装置(98)が、2つのモータ接続接触部(70a、70b)間で前記スイッチ要素(100)と直列に接続されている周波数依存型レジスタ(104)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項20に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記周波数依存型レジスタ(104)がコンデンサ(106)であることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、温度センサ(94)を特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項22に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記モータ識別装置(80)が前記温度センサ(94)を含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項22又は23に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記温度センサ(94)により検出される温度データが、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)間で非接触式に交換可能であることを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 請求項22〜24のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニットであって、前記温度センサ(94)が温度データメモリを含むことを特徴とする外科駆動ユニット。
- 駆動ユニット(14)と、前記駆動ユニット(14)に接続されている又は接続可能であり且つ前記駆動ユニット(14)により駆動可能である外科ツール(64)とを含む外科器具(60)であって、
前記駆動ユニット(14)が、少なくとも2つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)と、前記駆動ユニット(14)及び/又はモータ(68)を特徴づけるデータを保存するためのメモリ装置(90)とを備えたモータ(68)を含む、外科器具において、
前記駆動ユニット(14)が、前記メモリ装置(90)に接続されている第1送受信装置(82a)と、前記モータ(68)の少なくとも2つの接続接触部(70a、70c)に接続されている第2送受信装置(82b)とを含むこと、及び
前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)間でデータが非接触式に転送可能となるように該第1及び第2送受信装置が構成され相互作用すること、及び
前記少なくとも2つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)のうちの1つ(72c)が前記第2送受信装置(82b)を形成すること
を特徴とする外科器具。 - 請求項26に記載の外科器具であって、前記少なくとも2つの外科駆動ユニット(14)のうちの少なくとも1つが、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニット(14)であることを特徴とする外科器具。
- 少なくとも1つの制御装置(12)と、前記制御装置(12)に接続可能であり且つ該制御装置(12)により制御可能である少なくとも2つの外科駆動ユニット(14)、又は外科駆動ユニット(14)を含む外科器具(60)とを含む外科駆動システム(10)であって、
前記少なくとも2つの外科駆動ユニット(14)のうちの少なくとも1つが、少なくとも2つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)と、前記駆動ユニット(14)及び/又はモータ(68)を特徴づけるデータを保存するためのメモリ装置(90)とを備えたモータ(68)を含む、外科駆動システムにおいて、
前記駆動ユニット(14)が、前記メモリ装置(90)に接続されている第1送受信装置(82a)と、前記モータ(68)の少なくとも2つの接続接触部(70a、70c)に接続されている第2送受信装置(82b)とを含むこと、及び
前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)間でデータが非接触式に転送可能となるように該第1及び第2送受信装置が構成され相互作用すること、及び
前記少なくとも2つのモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)のうちの1つ(72c)が前記第2送受信装置(82b)を形成すること
を特徴とする外科駆動システム。 - 請求項28に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記少なくとも2つの外科駆動ユニット(14)のうちの少なくとも1つが、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動ユニット(14)であることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28又は29に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記少なくとも2つの外科駆動ユニット(14)が異なる型のモータを含むことを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜30のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記制御装置(12)がモータ制御器(12)として構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜31のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記少なくとも2つの駆動ユニット(14)を前記制御装置(12)に接続することができる接続ケーブル(20、22)を特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項32に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記接続ケーブル(20、22)が、前記モータ(68)に含まれているモータ巻線(72a、72b、72c)と同数の線を含むのみであることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜33のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、第1照会モードにおいて、前記制御装置(12)に駆動ユニット(14)が接続されているかどうかを検出することが可能となるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜34のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記制御装置(12)に駆動ユニット(14)が接続されている時、第2照会モードにおいて、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)を用いて、前記メモリ装置(90)に保存されている前記データを読み出して前記制御装置(12)に転送することが可能となるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜35のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記制御装置(12)に駆動ユニット(14)が接続されている時、第3照会モードにおいて、前記モータ無効装置(98)に接続されている前記接続接触部(70a、70b)の両端に高周波電流を導くことにより、前記スイッチ要素(100)が開であるか閉であるかを検出することが可能となるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項36に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記第3照会モードにおいて前記スイッチ要素(100)が閉であることが検出された場合にのみ前記モータ(68)に電流が供給されるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜37のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記駆動ユニット(14)の前記メモリ装置(90)に保存されている前記データが、読み出し可能であり、且つ、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)を用いて前記制御装置(12)に転送可能となるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜38のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記温度センサ(94)により測定される温度データが、読み出し可能であり、且つ、前記第1及び第2送受信装置(82a、82b)を用いて前記制御装置(12)に転送可能となるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項39に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記温度データが前記第2照会モードにおいてのみ転送可能となるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
- 請求項28〜40のいずれか1項に記載の外科駆動システムであって、前記制御装置(12)に接続されている駆動ユニット(14)を作動させるための作動パラメータが、前記メモリ装置(12)から読み出される前記データに応じて自動的に設定されるように、前記制御装置(12)が構成されることを特徴とする外科駆動システム。
