Claims (13)
- 燃料供給システム(3)と、通常状態での作動では燃料供給システム(3)から独立している主潤滑システム(2)とを備えたエンジン(1)を、該エンジン(1)の主潤滑システム(2)が故障し、前記故障が検知されたときに予備潤滑する方法であって、
この故障の検知に応答して、エンジン(1)の燃料流体の少なくとも一部が少なくとも1つのエンジン要素(1)を潤滑するように取り出されて潤滑システムに向けられ、
エンジンの燃料流体の前記一部が、エンジン(1)内の潤滑および冷却されるべきエンジンの各要素を収容した少なくとも1つの筐体(5)内に導かれ、この筐体(5)が、過剰充填も防止するようにドレインされ、
この故障の検知に応答して、エンジン(1)が、エンジンの動作領域を制限する安全状態に置かれる、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法を適用するための、主潤滑システム(2)を備えるエンジン(1)の予備潤滑装置であって、前記予備潤滑装置が、主潤滑システム(2)の故障を検知する手段を備え、予備潤滑装置がまた、エンジンの燃料流体の少なくとも一部を潤滑されるように意図された少なくとも1つのエンジン要素に導くために、エンジンの燃料流体の少なくとも一部を取り出す手段(12)と、前記取り出し(12)および検知手段に接続可能な制御手段(15)とを備える、予備潤滑装置。
- 前記検知手段が、少なくとも1つの低圧センサ(14)を備える、請求項2に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 前記取り出し手段(12)が、少なくとも1つの噴射ノズル内に放出する、請求項2または3に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルが、主潤滑システム(2)の少なくとも1つの噴射ノズルを備える、請求項4に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 前記取り出し手段(12)が、少なくとも第1バルブ(17a)を有する取り出しパイプ(16)を備える、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- エンジン内の少なくとも1つの筐体(5)からドレインする手段(13)をさらに備え、前記制御手段(15)がまた、前記ドレイン手段(13)に接続されることが可能である、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 前記ドレイン手段(13)が、少なくとも第2バルブ(17b)を有するドレインパイプ(18)を備える、請求項7に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- エンジン内の少なくとも1つの筐体(5)からドレインする手段(13)をさらに備え、前記制御手段(15)がまた、前記ドレイン手段(13)に接続されることが可能であり、前記ドレイン手段(13)が、少なくとも第2バルブ(17b)を有するドレインパイプ(18)を備え、前記第1および第2のバルブ(17a、17b)が機能的に接続されている、請求項6に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 前記第1および第2のバルブが、単一制御を有する二重バルブ(17)に組み込まれている、請求項9に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 前記ドレイン手段(13)が、例えば、エンジン空気流内またはエンジンから離れた領域内にドレインする、少なくとも1つの放出ダクト(19)を備える、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の予備潤滑装置。
- 主潤滑システム(2)と、請求項2から11のいずれか一項に記載の予備潤滑装置(6)とを備える、例えばガスタービン式の、エンジン。
- 請求項2から11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの潤滑装置を備える、車両。
