Description
(1)高温クリープ特性に優れ、95℃の高温流体を流して長期間使用できる配管部材を得ることができる。
(2)低温において流体が凍結しても配管の劣化や破損することがない。
(3)高温から低温までの広い温度範囲で使用することができる。
(4)重量平均分子量が2000以上のヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を配合することで屋外使用での高い耐候性を有し、且つヒンダードアミン系光安定剤の低分子成分が少ないため、流体への有機質成分や金属成分の溶出量が抑えられ、食品分野、医療分野、半導体製造分野といった低溶出が好ましいとされる分野に用いることができる。
(5)重量平均分子量が20万以上のスチレン・ブタジエン系ゴムの配合により、混練後のMFRの低下や内面平滑性を向上させることができる。
JIS K7113に準拠して、プロピレン系樹脂製パイプから引張試験片を切り出し、23±1℃の雰囲気中で引張試験を行い、引張強度及び引張弾性率を測定した。
(2)ノッチ付きアイゾット衝撃試験
JIS K7110に準拠して、プロピレン系樹脂製パイプからノッチ付きアイゾット衝撃試験片を切り出し、23±1℃及び0±1℃の雰囲気中で各々アイゾット衝撃強度を測定した。
(3)高温クリープ試験
DIN8078に準拠して、プロピレン系樹脂製パイプ1000mmに対し、95±1℃内圧1.4MPa(パイプ厚さ5.6mm、外径32mm、試験応力で3.5MPaに相当するパイプ内圧を式1のNadayの式から算出)をかけ、破壊に至るまでの時間を測定した。

(4)溶出試験
プロピレン系樹脂製パイプ1000mmの両端にプロピレン製キャップを融着し、それを禁油処理する。その後、超純水を入れて残った空間をチッソガスで満たし、サランシートで封止後、80℃恒温水槽に入れる。24時間後、該パイプを取り出す。以上の工程を経た後、全有機炭素(TOC)をTOC自動測定装置にて測定した。なお、TOC溶出量はポリマーの劣化に伴う有機物の溶出あるいは配合した有機性添加剤の溶出によって大きく異なり、この数値が小さいほど低溶出性に優れる。
(5)耐候性試験
上記引張試験片を用い、キセノンアーク光源の野外暴露試験装置(ウェザーメーター)により、照射時間600hr(照射エネルギー135,000kJ/m2、野外暴露6ヶ月相当)で強制劣化試験を行った。その後引張伸び率を測定し、照射0hrの引張伸び率(500%)からの変化を保持率として計算した。この保持率が高いほど耐候性に優れる。
(6)内面平滑性試験
20℃の雰囲気中の500mm長のポリプロピレン系樹脂製パイプの小片を切り出し、ダイヤモンド製触針(先端半径2mm)を備えた粗さ解析装置にてパイプ内面の2次元表面粗さを測定し十点平均で内面粗さRzを算出した。
プロピレン単独重合体(エチレン含有量0質量%、MFR0.5、Mw/Mn=4、結晶化温度118℃)100質量部、水素添加したスチレン・ブタジエン系ゴム(タフテックN504、旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製:スチレン含有量30質量%、重量平均分子量23万)7.5質量部、実施例1と同様の光安定剤と酸化防止剤を配合し、混練してペレット化し、混練後のMFRが0.44g/10分となるプロピレン系樹脂組成物でパイプを成形し、各種評価試験を実施した。結果を表2に示す。
プロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体(エチレン含有量3.0質量%、MFR0.5、Mw/Mn=4、結晶化温度101℃)100質量部、実施例1と同様の酸化防止剤を配合し、混練してペレット化し、混練後のMFRが0.54g/10分となるプロピレン系樹脂組成物でパイプを成形し、各種評価試験を実施した。結果を表2に示す。
プロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体(エチレン含有量3.0質量%、MFR0.5、Mw/Mn=4、結晶化温度101℃)100質量部、水素添加したスチレン・ブタジエン系ゴム(タフテックN504、旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製:スチレン含有量30質量%、重量平均分子量23万)20.5質量部、実施例1と同様の光安定剤と酸化防止剤を配合し、混練してペレット化し、混練後のMFRが0.29g/10分となるプロピレン系樹脂組成物でパイプを成形し、各種評価試験を実施した。結果を表2に示す。
プロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体(エチレン含有量3.0質量%、MFR0.5、Mw/Mn=4、結晶化温度101℃)100質量部、水素添加したスチレン・ブタジエン系ゴム(タフテックH1062、旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製:スチレン含有量18質量%、重量平均分子量10万)7.5質量部、実施例1と同様の光安定剤と酸化防止剤を配合し、混練してペレット化し、混練後のMFRが0.56g/10分となるプロピレン系樹脂組成物でパイプを成形し、各種評価試験を実施した。結果を表2に示す。
プロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体(エチレン含有量6.0質量%、MFR0.5、Mw/Mn=4、結晶化温度84℃)100質量部、水素添加したスチレン・ブタジエン系ゴム(タフテックN504、旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製:スチレン含有量30質量%、重量平均分子量23万)7.5質量部、実施例1と同様の光安定剤と酸化防止剤を配合し、混練してペレット化し、混練後のMFRが0.42g/10分となるプロピレン系樹脂組成物のパイプを成形し、各種評価試験を実施した。結果を表2に示す。

プロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体(エチレン含有量1.0質量%、MFR0.5、Mw/Mn=13、結晶化温度84℃)100質量部、実施例1と同様の光安定剤と酸化防止剤を配合し、混練してペレット化し、混練後のMFRが0.42g/10分となるプロピレン系樹脂組成物のパイプを成形し、各種評価試験を実施した。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (3)
- (A)エチレン含有量が2〜5質量%であり、結晶化温度が86〜105℃、メルトフローレートが0.01〜2.00g/10分及び分子量分布が3〜8のプロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体100質量部と、(B)スチレン含有量が10〜40質量%であり、重量平均分子量が20万以上のスチレン・ブタジエン系ゴム1〜15質量部を必須成分とし、混練後のメルトフローレートが0.01〜2.00g/10分であることを特徴とするプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
- (A)プロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体100質量部に対して、重量平均分子量が2000以上のヒンダードアミン系光安定剤0.1〜1.0質量部をさらに配合してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロピレン系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のプロピレン系樹脂組成物を用いて成形した配管部材。
