- バチルス・ミドウスジ(Bacillus midousuji)の酵素を用いて、油脂を脂肪酸とグリセリンに還元的開裂しモノアルキル化し流動点を降下させる発酵油製造方法。
- バチルス・ミドウスジ(Bacillus midousuji)の酵素を用いて、油脂を脂肪酸とグリセリンに還元的開裂しモノアルキル化し流動点を降下させる健康油製造方法。
- 油脂にバチルス・ミドウスジ(Bacillus midousuji)の酵素を混合し、当該油脂にマイクロ波を照射して油脂の脂肪酸側鎖を切断し流動点を降下させる油製造方法。
- 油脂にバチルス・ミドウスジ(Bacillus midousuji)の酵素とバイオエタノールを混合し流動点を降下させる油製造方法。
