Claims (28)
- 欠陥開口(2)、腔、もしくは器官通路の閉鎖、または部分的閉鎖のため、または、壁、器官、もしくは腔の間に定められた交通開口を提供するため、人体および/または動物の体内で使用される埋め込み型デバイス(1)であって、
一次形状では、軸(x)にそって長尺であり、二次形状では軸(x)にそって一次形状より短い担持構造(17)を含み、
前記担持構造(17)は、近位および遠位部分(10,11)を有し、かつ、横糸および/またはメッシュおよび/または重層クロスおよび/またはガーゼ状に形成されており、
前記二次形状において、少なくとも一方部分(11)が、他方部分(10)から離れた方向に向く第1サブ部分(14)、および、少なくとも二重層形態を形成するために、先ず一次形状から展開して二次形状に変わり、他方部分(10)から遠ざかるか、または他方部分(10)に向かう方向に折り返されて、第1サブ部分(14)の上に重ねられる第2サブ部分(13)を有することを特徴とし、
前記の折り重ねられるサブ部分(13)が、内方の前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の方に折り返されることを特徴とする、
埋め込み型デバイス。 - 近位および遠位部分(10,11)の間に設けられるものが、近位および遠位部分(10,11)に比べて小さい直径を有する中間部分(15)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記中間部分の直径、および/または、前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)を貫通する貫通口(16)の直径が、人体および/または動物体内における壁、器官、腔の間に定められる交通開口を供給するために、あらかじめ明確に決められていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも一方部分が、少なくともその辺縁域において、実質的に円板状であるか、または膨張凸型形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記一方部分が、実質的に閉鎖された末端を有する担持構造(17)を持つことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)が、互いに折り重ねられて二重層形態となる末端部分(11)を有するステント状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記第2サブ部分(13)が、内方に折り返されて第1サブ部分(14)の上に重ねられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの膜要素(4)が、近位および/または遠位部分(10,11)の領域、および/または、近位または遠位部分(10,11)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記膜要素(4)が、プラスチック材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイスの前記担持構造(17)の横糸および/またはガーゼおよび/またはメッシュおよび/または重層クロスが、前記担持構造(17)が膜要素として機能するほど十分に高密度であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)が、任意の形状の欠陥に対し弾力的に適応することができるように固定した中心を持たないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)が埋設位置の形態に適応するようにあらかじめ成形され、前記形態は、前記デバイスに二次形状として付与されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 上から折り重ねられる前記サブ部分(13)が、内方、埋め込み型デバイスに向かって折り返されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の担持構造(17)が、形状記憶材料またはプラスチック材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 形状記憶材料が、金属または金属合金であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)
- 形状記憶材料が、Nitinolであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の遠位部分(11)が、その近位部分(11)とは独立に展開が可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)が、単一、または複数のワイヤー様要素(5)から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記担持構造(17)が、少なくとも一つのワイヤー様要素(5)から、単一層、二重層、または多数層形態に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイスの部分(1A,1B)が設けられ、前記埋め込み型デバイスの二つの部分間の接続が、前記デバイス(1)の遠位および近位部分の間の中間部分において実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の前記担持構造(17)が、末端において一つ以上のループ(87)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項19〜21の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記担持構造(17)の前記少なくとも一方部分(10,11)が複数回互いに折り重ねられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 閉鎖不全動脈管に関連して埋め込むための前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)が、少なくとも一つの、二重層の、帽子辺縁状部分(26)を備えた、帽子状形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜23の1項に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記二重層の帽子辺縁状部分(26)が、互いに折り重ねられる、少なくとも二つのサブ部分(13,14)を有する部分(10)の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記帽子辺縁状部分(26)とは反対の関係にある、前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の前記頭部状部分(27)が、内方に、前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の内部に向けて反転されていることを特徴とする、請求項24または請求項25に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- 前記帽子辺縁状部分(26)とは反対の関係にある、前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)の頭部状部分(27)が、前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)から外方に、前記頭部状部分(27)において水滴形を形成させるように、反転されていることを特徴とする、請求項24または請求項25に記載の埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
- ステントとして使用される請求項1から27の1項に記載の前記埋め込み型デバイス(1)。
