Description

Claims (17)
- 透明支持体基板を備えた調整可能レンズであって、前記支持体の側面にゲル又はエラストマーが配置され、薄いガラス・カバーが前記ゲル又はエラストマーの上面に配置され、前記薄いガラス・カバーが、環状のガラス削除部分により前記透明支持基板から離されて、前記透明支持基板とのガラスを介してのいかなる接触もなくガラス・アイランドを画定し、圧電素子が前記ガラス・アイランドの縁部と接触している、調整可能レンズ。
- 少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材が前記透明支持体の1つの縁部に沿って配置され、前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材が前記薄いガラス・カバーを支持している、請求項1に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 少なくとも1つのスペーサ要素が、前記調整可能レンズと光学システムの他の構成要素との電気的接触を可能にする導電性材料を含む、請求項2に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- スルー・ホールが、前記スペーサ部材の上面側及び底面側それぞれに隣接の各位置にある前記透明支持体基板、及び前記ゲル又はエラストマーの上面の前記ガラス・カバーに配列され、それによって光学アセンブリ内の構成要素のスタック全体にわたって前記スペーサ部材に接触することが可能になる、請求項2及び3に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記透明支持体がガラスでシリコン基板上に設けられ、開口が前記シリコン基板内に配置されて、光が前記調整可能レンズに通される、請求項1に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記シリコン基板が、前記調整可能レンズ内の前記1つ又は複数の圧電素子と関係づけられた電子構成要素を含む、請求項5に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記電子構成要素が、前記透明支持体の前記シリコン基板によって支持された別個の回路として形成される、請求項6に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記ゲル又はエラストマーが前記調整可能レンズ全体にわたって均一な厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記ゲル又はエラストマーが、前記圧電素子と前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材との間の領域で薄くなっている、請求項2に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 追加の保護ガラスが前記調整可能レンズのまわりに部分的に配置される、請求項1に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材が、前記調整可能レンズの周辺部に壁として配置される、請求項2に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- イメージ・センサが、前記調整可能レンズの構成要素を支持するように前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材を配置することによって、前記調整可能レンズの一体化部品として構成され、その結果、前記ゲル又はエラストマーが、前記ゲル又はエラストマーの上面に浮動するガラス・アイランドとともに前記透明支持体の一方の側に配置されるようになり、前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材が、前記透明支持体の前記側と反対側の前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材の端部で前記イメージ・センサを前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材上に取り付けるために、前記レンズ・アセンブリ内に空間を設ける、請求項2に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 固定マイクロ・レンズが、前記イメージ・センサを取り付けるために前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材によって設けられた前記空間内に配置される、請求項12に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記圧電素子が、複数の個別圧電素子として前記ガラス・アイランドの縁部に沿って配列される、請求項1に記載の調整可能レンズ。
- 前記圧電素子が、前記ゲル又はエラストマーから見て外方に面する側の前記ガラス・アイランドの上面に、前記ガラス・アイランドの縁部に沿って配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧電素子が、前記ゲル又はエラストマーに向かって面する前記ガラス・アイランドの底面側に、前記ガラス・アイランドの縁部に沿って配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧電素子が、前記調整可能レンズの用途に適合されたパターンの前記ガラス・アイランドと接触して配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
