Description
Claims (19)
- 個人についての医療情報を収集し処理する方法であって、
該個人は、該個人と関連付けられた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイスを保持しており、それぞれの医療データ取得デバイスは、狭域無線通信送信機と一意の識別子とを有しており、更に、該個人は、一意の識別子を有する無線通信システム移動局を保持しており、
前記方法は、
前記医療データ取得デバイス(30)により医療データを収集する工程と、
前記移動局(10)の無線通信受信機(26、22)によりセキュリティ保護されたリンクを介して、前記医療データ取得デバイス(30)から医療データを読み出す工程と、
前記移動局(10)から医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成されたサーバ(34)に前記医療データを選択的に送信する工程と、を有し、
前記セキュリティ保護されたリンクは、3GPPP IPマルチメディアサブシステム(IMS)を含むグループ暗号鍵管理システムに従って確立され、前記医療データ取得デバイスの一意の識別子により前記医療データ取得デバイスをグループ化し、前記移動局の一意の識別子により前記医療データ取得デバイスと前記移動局とを関連付けることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記狭域無線通信送信機はNFC(Near Field Communication)送信機を含み、前記無線通信受信機はNFCリーダ(26)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成されたサーバ(34)は、前記医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成されたプレゼンス及びグループ管理(PGM)サーバ(32、34)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個人と関連付けられた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイス(30)は、前記個人の体内に埋め込まれた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個人と関連付けられた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイス(30)は、前記個人に装着された1つ以上の装着型医療データ取得デバイスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記NFC送信機は、パッシブ電波方式による個体識別(RFID)送信機又はアクティブRFID送信機を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記NFC送信機はトランシーバであり、前記移動局NFCリーダ(26)は、更に、セキュリティ保護されたリンクを介して1つ以上のNFCトランシーバにデータを書き込むよう動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記移動局により、前記個人の体内に埋め込まれた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイス(30)を作動させる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記移動局(10)から前記医療データを選択的に送信する工程は、ポリシー管理システム(36)に従って前記医療データを送信する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記医療データを送信する工程は、前記ポリシー管理システム(36)内で前記個人に対して確立された1つ以上のポリシーに従って制限されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記医療データは離散値を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記医療データは時系列の値を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個人と関連付けられた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイス(30)によって医療データを収集する工程は、前記個人と関連付けられた複数の医療データ取得デバイス(30)であって、それぞれがゲートウェイ医療データ取得デバイス(30)に医療データを送信するよう構成された医療データ取得デバイス(30)によって医療データを収集する工程を含み、
無線通信受信機(26、22)によりセキュリティ保護されたリンクを介して前記1つ以上の狭域無線通信送信機から医療データを読み出す工程は、前記ゲートウェイ医療データ取得デバイス(30)から医療データを読み出す工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - トランシーバ(12)を有する無線通信システム移動局(10)であって、
個人と関連付けられた1つ以上の医療データ取得デバイス(30)からセキュリティ保護されたリンクを介して少なくとも医療データを読み出すために、1つ以上のNFC(Near Field Communication)送信機との間でセキュリティ保護された双方向通信を行うよう動作可能なNFCリーダを備える狭域無線通信受信機(26)と、
3GPPP IPマルチメディアサブシステム(IMS)に従って前記1つ以上の医療NFC送信機との間のセキュリティ保護されたリンクを確立し管理するよう動作可能なグループ鍵管理機能と、を備え、
前記セキュリティ保護されたリンクは、グループ暗号鍵管理システムに従って確立され、前記医療データ取得デバイスの一意の識別子により前記医療データ取得デバイスをグループ化し、前記移動局の一意の識別子により前記医療データ取得デバイスと前記移動局とを関連付け、
前記トランシーバ(12)は、医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成されたサーバ(34)との間で前記医療データを通信するよう動作可能であることを特徴とする移動局(10)。 - 前記医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成された前記サーバ(34)は、前記医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成されたプレゼンス及びグループ管理(PGM)サーバ(32、34)を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の移動局(10)。
- 前記双方向通信は、原子的な2相コミット動作を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の移動局(10)。
- 個人と関連付けられた全てのNFC送信機は、鍵管理の目的でグループを構成することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の移動局(10)。
- 1つ以上の所定のポリシーに従って前記医療データを選択的に通信するよう動作可能なポリシー機能を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の移動局(10)。
- ポリシーシステム(36)と関連付けられたプレゼンスサーバ(34)及びグループ鍵管理サーバ(32)を含み且つ医療グループに対するデータサービスを管理するよう構成されたプレゼンス及びグループ管理(PGM)サーバ(32、34)であって、
個人と関連付けられた埋め込み型又は装着型医療データ取得デバイス(30)から取得された医療データを無線通信システム移動局(10)を介して受信し且つ前記医療データをデータベースに格納するよう動作可能であり、且つ前記医療データに対するアクセス権を制限する所定のポリシーを実現するよう動作可能な前記プレゼンスサーバ(34)と、
3GPPP IPマルチメディアサブシステム(IMS)プロトコルを実現し、グループ毎に暗号鍵を管理するよう動作可能な前記グループ鍵管理サーバ(32)と、を備え、
医療専門家が、前記グループ鍵管理サーバ(32)により管理された暗号鍵を有するセキュリティ保護されたリンクを介して、前記所定のポリシーに従って、前記データベースから個人と関連付けられた医療データにアクセスできるよう構成されており、
前記セキュリティ保護されたリンクは、グループ暗号鍵管理システムに従って確立され、前記医療データ取得デバイスの一意の識別子により前記医療データ取得デバイスをグループ化し、前記移動局の一意の識別子により前記医療データ取得デバイスと関連付けることを特徴とするPGMサーバ(32、34)。
