Claims (4)
- 周波数分割多元接続方式を採用しているセルラー移動通信システムの基地局であって、
隣接セルの隣接基地局において隣接セル内のユーザ端末が送信した上り回線の参照信号により測定された測定値を隣接基地局から受信する受信部と、
自局のセル内に位置するユーザ端末にリソースブロックにより無線リソースを割り当てる割り当て部と、を具備し、
前記受信した測定値に基づいて、自局のセル内のセルエッジのリソースブロックについて、セル境界の両側に位置しているユーザが同じリソースブロックを使用しないように割り当てる、

自局のセル内に位置するユーザ端末にリソースブロックにより無線リソースを割り当てるステップと、
前記受信した測定値に基づいて、自局のセル内のセルエッジのリソースブロックについて、セル境界の両側に位置しているユーザが同じリソースブロックを使用しないように割り当てるステップと、
