Description
患者監視システムは、患者の第1生理パラメータに対応する第1患者信号、及び患者の第2生理パラメータに対応し、患者の第1生理パラメータに起因するオーバーレイ信号を含む第2患者信号を獲得するために適合される。本発明によるコンピュータプログラムは、第1患者信号より患者の第1生理パラメータの第1の値を決定するコンピュータ命令、第2患者信号のオーバーレイ信号より患者の第1生理パラメータの第2の値を決定するコンピュータ命令、患者の第1生理パラメータの第1及び第2の値を分析するコンピュータ命令、及びコンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ内で実行されるとき、分析の結果により患者監視警報システムを制御するコンピュータ命令を含む。
Claims (7)
- 患者の第1生理パラメータに対応する第1患者信号を獲得するために適合された第1センサー装置、
患者の第2生理パラメータに対応し、患者の前記第1生理パラメータに起因するオーバーレイ信号を含む第2患者信号を獲得するために適合された第2センサー装置、
前記第1患者信号より患者の前記第1生理パラメータの第1の値を決定するために適合され、前記第2患者信号のオーバーレイ信号より患者の前記第1生理パラメータの第2の値を決定するために適合され、患者の前記第1生理パラメータの前記第1及び第2の値を分析するために適合された処理装置、及び
前記分析の結果により患者監視警報システムを制御するために適合された制御装置、
を含む患者監視システム。 - 患者の前記第1生理パラメータは患者の呼吸であり且つ前記第2患者信号のオーバーレイ信号は呼吸オーバーレイ信号である請求項1に請求されたシステム。
- 患者の前記第2生理パラメータは前記患者の観血血圧である請求項1に請求されたシステム。
- 患者の前記第2生理パラメータは前記患者の血液の脈拍である請求項1に請求されたシステム。
- 患者の前記第2生理パラメータは前記患者の心臓の電圧である請求項1に請求されたシステム。
- もし前記第2の値が非臨界であり、前記第1の値が臨界であるなら、警報は抑制される請求項1に請求されたシステム。
- 患者の第1生理パラメータに対応する第1患者信号、及び患者の第2生理パラメータに対応し、患者の前記第1生理パラメータに起因するオーバーレイ信号を含む第2患者信号を獲得するために適合された患者監視システム用のコンピュータプログラムであって、
前記第1患者信号より患者の前記第1生理パラメータの第1の値を決定するコンピュータ命令、
前記第2患者信号の前記オーバーレイ信号より患者の前記第1生理パラメータの第2の値を決定するコンピュータ命令、
患者の前記第1生理パラメータの前記第1及び第2の値を分析するコンピュータ命令、及び
前記コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ内で実行されるとき、前記分析の結果により監視警報の解除を制御するコンピュータ命令、
を含むコンピュータプログラム。
