Description
金属層と樹脂層を含んでなるラミネートシートで形成され、かつ、熱融着により封止されたパウチ型電池ケースに配置された電極アッセンブリを有してなり、パックケース内に配置されてなるものであり、
前記パックケースが、
前記電池セルを受容する受容部が開放されてなり、
前記電池セルにおける反対側封止部が前記フレーム部材に配置されてなり、
前記反対側封止部が、前記フレーム部材における反対側を被覆し、及び
保護(被覆)フィルムが前記フレーム部材の外表面に付与され、前記電池セルが前記パックケースに配置されてなる、構造に構築されてなる、電池パックに関する。
金属層と樹脂層を含んでなるラミネートシートで形成され、かつ、熱融着により封止されたパウチ型電池ケースに配置された電極アッセンブリを有してなり、パックケース内に配置されてなるものであり、
前記パックケースが、
前記電池セルを受容する受容部が開放されてなり、
前記電池セルにおける反対側封止部が前記フレーム部材に配置されてなり、
前記反対側封止部が、前記フレーム部材における反対側を被覆し、及び
保護(被覆)フィルムが前記フレーム部材の外表面に付与され、前記電池セルが前記パックケースに配置されてなる、構造に構築されてなる、電池パックによって達成できる。

Claims (11)
- 電池セルを包含する電池パックであって、
金属層と樹脂層を含んでなるラミネートシートで形成され、かつ、熱融着により封止されたパウチ型電池ケースに配置されてなる電極アッセンブリを有してなり、パックケース内に配置されてなるものであり、
前記パックケースが、フレーム部材で構成されてなり、
前記フレーム部材が、前記電池セルを受容する受容部を備えてなり、
前記フレーム部材の両側が、前記電池セルにおける両側封止部により被覆されるものであり、及び
前記フレーム部材の外側表面に保護フィルムが付与されてなり、
前記フレーム部材が、前記フレーム部材の上端部内側に、前記フレーム部材の上端部に対応する形態で形成された保護回路モジュール(PCM)を備えてなり、
前記フレーム部材が、前記フレーム部材の前部に開口部を備え、前記開口部を介して外部出入力端子が外部に露出してなり、
前記フレーム部材の上端部に、前記PCMにおける接続端子が配置されてなり、
前記電池セルの上端封止部を垂直に折り曲げ、その後に、前記電池セルの電極端末を水平に折り曲げることにより、前記電池セルの電極端末と前記PCMの接続端子とを電気的に接続してなる、電池パック。 - 前記パウチ型電池ケースが、高強度ラミネートシートで形成されてなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記高強度ラミネートシートが、ポリマーフィルムの外側被覆層と、金属薄膜のバリアー層と、及びポリオレフィンの内部封止層とを含んでなり、
前記バリアー層における金属薄膜がアルミニウム合金で形成されてなり、
前記外側被覆層が、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)で形成されてなり、及び/又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)で形成された層が外側被覆層の外表面に形成されてなり、
前記高強度ラミネートシートが6.5kgf以上の針穴貫通力を有してなる、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バリアー層の厚さが20〜150μmである、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、合金番号8079、IN30、8021、3003、3004、3005、3104および3105からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記外側被覆層の厚さが5〜40μmである、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記外側被覆層のポリマーフィルムがPENで形成されてなり、及び、
前記外側被覆層のポリマーフィルムがPENで形成されていない場合、配向ナイロンフィルムで形成されてなるものである、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記保護フィルムが高強度フィルムである、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記高強度フィルムが高強度ラミネートシートである、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレーム部材と前記PCMとがインサート射出成型によって一体成形されたものである、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電極アッセンブリが、積層又は積層/折り畳み型の電極アッセンブリであり、及び、前記電極アッセンブリが、両主表面上に安全部材を備えてなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
