Description
・管体を準備して管体の自由端に削面を製造し;
・円筒状収容部を軽金属体に準備して収容部の自由端に削面を製造し;
・加工ステーションに軽金属体を受け取り;
・加工ステーションに管体を供給し;
・収容部或いは管体の端部の少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布し;
・収容部と管体の端部を加工ステーションに一緒に案内し;
・互いに接着技術的に結合されている一つの軽金属体と一つの管体とを包含する自動車車軸成分を加工ステーションから取り出すことを包含する。

Claims (22)
- 互いに接着技術的に結合されている一つの軽金属体(5、6)と一つの管体(2)とを包含し、管体(2)の一端(3、4)と軽金属体(5、6)の円筒状収容部(12)との間に接着剤(K)が充填されている一つの接着剤ポケット(13)が形成されている、自動車車軸成分において、
収容部(12)の自由端(16)には一つの削面(22)が設けられていて、該削面(22)と管体(2)の隣接壁(25)の間の空間(24)が接着剤(K)により充填されており、並びに管体(2)の自由端(3、4)には一つの削面(19、20)が設けられていて、削面(19、20)と軽金属体(5、6)の隣接壁(27)の間の空間(26)が接着剤(K)により充填されていることを特徴とする自動車車軸成分。 - 管体(2)の自由端(3、4)における削面(20)が管体(2)の内周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 管体(2)の自由端(3、4)における削面(19)が管体(2)の外周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 収容部(12)の自由端(16)における削面(22)が収容部(12)の外周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 収容部の自由端における削面が収容部の内周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 管体(2)の自由端(3、4)における削面(19、20)が管体(2)の前面(21)に対して30°と60°の間の角度(α)に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 収容部(12)の自由端(16)における削面(22)が収容部(12)の前面(23)に対して20°と60°の間の角度(β)に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 接着剤ポケット(13)が環状溝(14)によって収容部(12)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 管体(2)が鋼から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 管体(2)が繊維補強されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 軽金属体(5、6)はアルミニュウム或いはアルミニュウム合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 軽金属体(5、6)はマグネシウム或いはマグネシウム合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- 軽金属体(5、6)における管体(2)の自由端(3,4)との継合せ面が不動態にされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の自動車車軸成分。
- ・管体(2)を準備して管体(2)の自由端(3、4)に削面(19、20)を形成し;
・円筒状収容部(12)を軽金属体(5、6)に準備して収容部(12)の自由端(16)に削面(22)を形成し;
・加工ステーション(29)に軽金属体(5、6)を収容し;
・加工ステーション(29)に管体(2)を供給し;
・削面(22)と管体(2)の隣接壁(25)の間の空間(24)を接着剤(K)により充填し、;
・管体(2)の自由端(3、4)に一つの削面(19、20)を設け、この削面(19、20)と軽金属体(5、6)の隣接壁(27)の間の空間(26)を接着剤(K)により充填し、;
・収容部(12)と管体(2)の端部(3、4)を加工ステーション(29)に一緒に案内し;
・互いに接着技術的に結合されている一つの軽金属体(5、6)と一つの管体(2)とを包含する自動車車軸成分(1)を加工ステーション(29)から取り出す
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも軽金属体(5、6)における管体(2)の端部(3,4)との継合せ面が接着剤塗布前に表面前処理を受けることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 収容部(12)と管体(2)の端部(3、4)との一緒の案内前に管体(2)の端部(3、4)の内径(di )の測定が実施されることを特徴とする請求項14或いは15に記載の方法。
- 軽金属体(5、6)が接着剤(K)の塗布の際に回転して移動されることを特徴とする請求項14乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 過剰の接着剤が収容部(12)と管体(2)の端部(3、4)との一緒の案内後に取り除かれることを特徴とする請求項14乃至17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤(K)が加工ステーション(29)から自動車車軸成分(1)を取り出す前に硬化されることを特徴とする請求項14乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤(K)が加工ステーション(29)から自動車車軸成分(1)を取り出した後に硬化されることを特徴とする請求項14乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 自動車車軸成分(1)が表面被膜を備えていることを特徴とする請求項14乃至20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤(K)が表面被膜過程中に硬化されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
