Description
減勢容器内のフロート上に設けられた反射面へ向けて下方の減勢容器へ電磁信号を送信するステップと、

LTFT反応器内のスラリーの表面の一部を静止させる手段と、

概略図1を参照すると、本発明の1つの実施形態では、LTFT反応器10の内部に沿って熱電対12がノズルフランジ(図示せず)を通じて反応器の中へ設置及び固定され、ステンレス鋼のクランプによって内部フィルタ14に取り付けられる。個々のノズルフランジは、圧縮タイプの取付部品と金属タイプのシールとによって取付部品がシールされる。熱電対は、外装材が合金800のタイプKのものである。
図2に概略的に示す1つの実施形態では、反応器の頂部にレーダー送信機16が設置され、下方の減勢容器18を測定する。軽量チタニウム金属材料で作られた低密度フロート20が減勢容器内に設置される。フロートの頂部及び底部にはフラットディスク22及び24が設置される。フロート20は、ディスクに垂直な線に一体に溶接された3つの球体26を備える。頂部ディスク22の目的は、反射面に高い誘電率を与えることであると理解できよう。底部ディスク24の目的は、減勢容器内のフロートの位置を安定させることである。フロートの密度は300kg/m3未満である。
図1を再度参照すると、反応器10内のスラリーレベル30がレーダー信号トランシーバで測定される。通常動作中、スラリーは通常レベル30にあり、フィルタ14は触媒スラリー32内に沈められる。

Claims (11)
- 低温フィッシャー・トロプシュスラリー気泡塔反応器の内部フィルタを保護する方法であって、
スラリーレベルが低い状態の間、及び/又は内部フィルタの温度が上昇している間に緊急逆流手順を作動させるステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記方法は、前記低温フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器内の前記スラリーレベルをモニタするステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記フィルタの前記温度をモニタするステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記温度は、中空フィルタ内部に設けられた熱電対によりモニタされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記フィルタが前記反応器の頭部において合成ガス雰囲気にさらされる前に緊急逆流ステップが開始される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記緊急逆流手順は、1〜10秒の短い噴出の液体の逆流の後にガスの逆流を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記スラリーレベルは、電磁波信号、差圧、又は核センサのうちの任意の1又はそれ以上によりモニタされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記反応器の頂部に設置されたレーダー送信機が下方の減勢容器を測定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記フィルタに沿った前記温度がモニタされ、記録される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記スラリーレベルは、下方の減勢容器の距離を測定する、前記反応器の頂部に設置されたレーダー送信機によりモニタされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記測定される距離は、前記減勢容器内の前記スラリーに浮かぶ低密度フロートまでの距離である、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
