Claims (12)
- 生体の可動部のうち計測対象となる関節から延びる第1の骨格に沿って装着される第1のフレームと、
前記関節から前記第1の骨格と異なる方向へ延びる第2の骨格に沿って装着される第2のフレームと、
前記関節の回動軸に対して同軸上に回動中心が配置され前記第1のフレームと前記第2のフレームとの間の回動角度位置を検出する角度センサと、
前記関節を中心に前記第1の骨格と前記第2の骨格とを屈曲させる屈筋に対応した体表面に接触し、前記屈筋の生体信号を検出する屈曲側生体信号センサと、
前記関節を中心に前記第1の骨格と前記第2の骨格とを伸展させる伸筋に対応した体表面に接触し、前記伸筋の生体信号を検出する伸展側生体信号センサと、
前記屈曲側生体信号センサの出力値を較正する屈曲側補正値および前記伸展側生体信号センサの出力値を較正する伸展側補正値を各々設定する較正手段と、
個体ごとに異なる生体信号の個別補正値と、前記屈曲側補正値および前記伸展側補正値とを記憶する記憶部とを備え、
前記較正手段は、前記角度センサが検出した角度変化量、前記第1のフレームが前記第2のフレームに対して前記角度変化量だけ回動するまでの間に計測される時間、前記角度変化量だけ回動するまでに前記屈曲側生体信号センサおよび前記伸展側生体信号センサの出力値から求まる力積、に基づいて、前記屈曲側補正値および前記伸展側補正値を設定することを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記屈曲側生体信号センサは、前記生体信号として、前記屈筋を収縮させるために脳から出力されて前記屈筋に対応した屈曲側神経伝達信号と、前記屈筋が収縮する場合に発生する屈曲側筋電位信号と、の少なくとも一方を計測し、
前記伸展側生体信号センサは、前記生体信号として、前記伸筋を収縮させるために脳から出力されて前記伸筋に対応した伸展側神経伝達信号と、前記伸筋が収縮する場合に発生する伸展側筋電位信号と、の少なくとも一方を計測することを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
視覚と聴覚と触覚との少なくとも1つに対して報知する教示手段を備え、
該教示手段は、前記屈曲側生体信号センサの出力値を前記屈曲側補正値に基づき補正した屈筋出力信号と、前記伸展側生体信号センサの出力値を前記伸展側補正値に基づき補正した伸筋出力信号と、前記角度センサの回動角度位置とに基づいて出力することを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記角度センサの回動中心と同軸に設けられ前記第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに対して回動させる駆動ユニットと、
前記角度センサの回動中心と同軸に設けられ前記第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに対して回動させるトルクを検出するトルクセンサと、
前記屈曲側生体信号センサ、前記伸展側生体信号センサ、前記角度センサ、前記トルクセンサによって得られる情報、および前記較正手段によって得られる各補正値を基に前記駆動ユニットを作動させる制御部と
をさらに備えることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項4に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記制御部は、静止している状態の前記関節に対して予め決められたトルクを前記駆動ユニットによって負荷し、
前記較正手段は、前記関節の姿勢を維持するべく前記トルクに抗って前記屈筋および前記伸筋がそれぞれ作用する場合に、前記屈曲側生体信号センサ、前記伸展側生体信号センサ、前記トルクセンサの出力値に基づいて、前記屈曲側補正値および前記伸展側補正値を設定することを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項4に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記屈曲側生体信号センサの出力値を前記屈曲側補正値に基づき補正した屈筋出力信号および前記伸展側生体信号センサの出力値を前記伸展側補正値に基づき補正した伸筋出力信号を前記制御部に出力する補正手段を備え、
前記制御部は、前記屈筋出力信号と前記伸筋出力信号と前記角度センサの回動角度位置とに基づいて前記駆動ユニットを作動させることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1項に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに対して任意の角度に固定する固定具と、
前記第1のフレームに取り付けられてこの第1のフレームに付与される曲げ応力を計測する第1の歪ゲージと、
前記第2のフレームに取り付けられてこの第2のフレームに付与される曲げ応力を計測する第2の歪ゲージと
をさらに備えることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項7に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記較正手段は、前記固定具によって任意の角度に固定された前記第1のフレームと前記第2のフレームとを回動させるべく前記屈筋および前記伸筋がそれぞれ作用する場合に、前記屈曲側生体信号センサ、前記伸展側生体信号センサ、前記第1の歪ゲージ、前記第2の歪ゲージによって得られる情報を基に、前記屈曲側補正値および前記伸展側補正値を設定することを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項3に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記教示手段は、少なくとも前記屈筋出力信号と前記伸筋出力信号と前記回動角度位置を表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項3に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記教示手段は、視覚および触覚に対して報知する模擬ユニットであって、
前記第1のフレームおよび前記第2のフレームに対して独立して設けられ、端部が連結部によって回動可能に連結された第1の模擬フレームおよび第2の模擬フレームと、
前記連結部に組み込まれて前記第1の模擬フレームと前記第2の模擬フレームとの回動角度位置を検出する模擬体角度センサと、
前記模擬体角度センサの回動中心と同軸に設けられて前記第1の模擬フレームに対して前記第2の模擬フレームを回動させる模擬体駆動ユニットと、
前記屈曲側生体信号センサの出力値を前記屈曲側補正値に基づき補正した屈筋出力信号、前記伸展側生体信号センサの出力値を前記伸展側補正値に基づき補正した伸筋出力信号、前記角度センサの回動角度位置を、前記模擬体駆動ユニットの出力信号に変換することによって前記第1の模擬フレームおよび前記第2の模擬フレームを回動させる模擬体制御部と
を備えることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項10に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記角度センサの回動中心と同軸に設けられ前記第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに対して回動させる駆動ユニットと、
前記角度センサの回動中心と同軸に設けられ前記第1のフレームを前記第2のフレームに対して回動させるトルクを検出するトルクセンサと、
前記第1のフレームに取り付けられてこの第1のフレームに付与される曲げ応力を計測する第1の歪ゲージと、
前記第2のフレームに取り付けられてこの第2のフレームに付与される曲げ応力を計測する第2の歪ゲージと、
前記屈筋出力信号、前記伸筋出力信号、前記角度センサの回動角度位置、前記トルクセンサの検出値、前記第1の歪ゲージおよび前記第2の歪ゲージの検出値に基づいて、前記駆動ユニットを作動させる制御部と
を備えることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。 - 請求項11に記載のリハビリテーション支援装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記模擬体角度センサの回動角度位置に基づいて、前記駆動ユニットを作動させ、
前記模擬体制御部は、前記屈筋出力信号、前記伸筋出力信号、前記角度センサの回動角度位置、前記トルクセンサの検出値、前記第1の歪ゲージの検出値、前記第2の歪ゲージの検出値に基づいて、前記模擬体駆動ユニットを作動させることを特徴とするリハビリテーション支援装置。
