Description
Claims (8)
- 線材に複数の樹脂層を被覆する多層被覆装置であって、
第1の樹脂を供給する第1の押出機と、
前記第1の押出機の出口に接続される第1のノズルと、
前記第1の樹脂と軟化点の異なる第2の樹脂を供給する第2の押出機と、
前記第2の押出機の出口に接続され前記第1のノズルより長い第2のノズルと、
前記第1のノズルと前記第2のノズルに接続され、線材に第1の樹脂層と第2の樹脂層を被覆するクロスヘッドと、
被覆される前記第1の樹脂層と前記第2の樹脂層の総厚を略同一とし、かつ第1の樹脂層と第2の樹脂層の厚みの比率を徐々に変化させるよう前記第1の押出機、及び前記第2の押出機の供給量を制御する制御装置と、
前記第2のノズルを加熱するヒータと、
を備える多層被覆装置。 - 前記第2の樹脂の軟化点が前記第1の樹脂の軟化点より低い請求項1記載の多層被覆装置。
- 前記線材を前記多層被覆装置に連続的に送出す送出機を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第2の樹脂層の前記厚みの比率を徐々に変化させる所定のパターンに従って、前記所定のパターンを複数回繰り返すように前記第1の押出機と前記第2の押出機を制御し、
前記線材は、少なくとも、複数の被覆対象部材と、1つのダミー部材と、被覆対象部材とダミー部材を交互に連結するための複数のジョイント部材によって構成され、
前記制御装置が1つの前記所定のパターンを実行している期間に前記複数の被覆対象部材のうちの1つが送出され、前記1つの所定のパターンが終了した時点から再び初期状態に復帰するまでの期間に前記複数のジョイント部材と前記1つのダミー部材が送出されるように、前記線材は連結される、
請求項1又は2に記載の多層被覆装置。 - 前記1つのダミー部材の長さは、前記送出機が前記線材を送出す送出し速度と前記1つのパターンが終了した時点から再び初期状態に復帰するまでの期間の長さに従って決定される、
請求項3に記載の多層被覆装置。 - 線材に複数の樹脂層を被覆する多層被覆方法であって、
前記線材をクロスヘッドに送り込む工程と、
前記クロスヘッドに、第1の樹脂を第1の押出機から第1のノズルを介して供給する第1の樹脂供給工程と、
前記クロスヘッドに、第1の樹脂と軟化点の異なる第2の樹脂を、第2の押出機から前記第1のノズルより長い第2のノズルを介して供給する第2の樹脂供給工程と、
前記クロスヘッドにより、前記線材に第1の樹脂層と、前記第1の樹脂層と軟化点の異なる第2の樹脂層を、その総厚を略同一とし、かつ第1の樹脂層と第2の樹脂層の厚みの比率を徐々に変化させて被覆する被覆工程と、
前記第2のノズルを加熱する加熱工程と、
を備える多層被覆方法。 - 前記第2の樹脂の軟化点が前記第1の樹脂の軟化点より低い請求項5記載の多層被覆方法。
- 前記加熱工程は、前記第2の樹脂層に加えられる単位時間当たりの熱量が、前記第2の樹脂層の前記厚みの比率が漸次薄くなるにしたがって、漸次増大する請求項5又は6記載の多層被覆方法。
- 前記線材を前記多層被覆装置に連続的に送出す線材送出し工程を更に備え、
前記線材は、少なくとも、複数の被覆対象部材と、1つのダミー部材と、被覆対象部材とダミー部材を交互に連結するための複数のジョイント部材によって構成され、
前記被覆工程において、第1の樹脂層と第2の樹脂層の厚みの比率を徐々に変化させるパターンに従って、前記パターンを繰り返すこと前記複数の被覆対象部材を被覆し、
前記送出し工程において、1つの前記所定のパターンを実行している期間に前記複数の被覆対象部材のうちの1つが送出され、前記1つの所定のパターンが終了した時点から再び初期状態に復帰するまでの期間に前記複数のジョイント部材と前記1つのダミー部材が送出される、
請求項5から7のいずれか1項記載の多層被覆方法。
