Description
サイズ15ミクロンの機械研磨スラッジの粒子を分散させた洗浄液を分離槽1に供給して試験した。
本発明に従ってナノバブルとマイクロバブルの発生用配管10a、10bから各々を、ナノバブルとマイクロバブルの混合割合を調整して導入した。

Claims (4)
- 粒子を含む液を収容した分離槽にナノバブルを発生させるナノバブル発生用配管およびマイクロバブルを発生させるマイクロバブル発生用配管が接続され、ナノバブル発生用配管からのナノバブルおよびマイクロバブル発生用配管のマイクロバブルが共に粒子を含む液中にナノバブルを含む液とマイクロバブルを含む液のそれぞれの量を調節して導入割合を調整して液中の粒子を浮上分離する浮上分離装置であって、
前記ナノバブル発生用配管およびマイクロバブル発生用配管のそれぞれが、気体を加圧溶解した加圧液体が導入される加圧液体導入用配管に圧力調整弁を介して接続され、
前記ナノバブル発生用配管内およびマイクロバブル発生用配管内にはそれぞれ縮径部が設けられ、
前記縮径部の吐出流路の直径が、加圧液体導入用配管内の圧力と前記ナノバブル発生用配管内の圧力およびマイクロバブル発生用配管内の圧力の比(前記ナノバブル発生用配管内の圧力/加圧液体導入用配管内の圧力および、前記マイクロバブル発生用配管内の圧力/加圧液体導入用配管内の圧力)がナノバブルおよびマイクロバブルを発生する比になるようにそれぞれ設定されていることを特徴とする液中の粒子の浮上分離装置。 - 加圧液体導入用配管に加圧液体導入用配管内の圧力を測定する圧力計が設けられ、ナノバブル発生用配管内の圧力およびマイクロバブル発生用配管内の圧力を測定する圧力計がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液中の粒子の浮上分離装置。
- 縮径部の少なくとも一方の端部の全周に、アールもしくはテーパーを施したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液中の粒子の浮上分離装置。
- 前記ナノバブル発生用配管および前記マイクロバブル発生用配管の先端に縮径部が交換可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の液中の粒子の浮上分離装置。
