Description
Claims (4)
- 扁平面が対向するように配置された扁平な複数の伝熱管と、隣り合う伝熱管の間に取り付けられた複数のコルゲートフィンと、を有し、前記複数の伝熱管の内部に流れる第1の熱交換媒体と前記複数の伝熱管の外部に流れる第2の熱交換媒体とによって熱交換するコルゲートフィン型熱交換器であって、
前記複数のコルゲートフィンは、V字型の凸部とV字型の凹部とが交互に繰り返す波状の凹凸が形成されてなり、
前記凸部および前記凹部は、前記凸部の連続する線および前記凹部の連続する線と前記第2の熱交換媒体の主要な流れとのなす角が10度ないし60度の範囲内の角度となるよう形成されてなり、
前記波状の凹凸の振幅をa、隣接するフィンの間隔であるピッチをp、バルク流速とピッチにより定義されるレイノルズ数をRe、とするときに式(1)の不等式を満たすよう前記波状の凹凸が形成されて配置されてなる、
ことを特徴とするコルゲートフィン型熱交換器。
1.3×Re-0.5<a/p (1) - 請求項1記載のコルゲートフィン型熱交換器であって、
次式(2)の不等式を満たすよう前記波状の凹凸が形成されて配置されてなる、
ことを特徴とするコルゲートフィン型熱交換器。
a/p<0.2 (2) - 請求項1または2記載の熱交換器であって、
前記複数の伝熱管は、前記第1の熱交換媒体の流入口から流出口に至るまで同一幅となるよう形成されてなると共に前記第1の熱交換媒体の流入口から流出口への方向に整列した複数の流路が形成されてなる、
熱交換器。 - 請求項3記載の熱交換器であって、
前記複数の伝熱管は、前記複数の流路に前記第1の熱交換媒体を迂流または分流するよう形成されてなる、
熱交換器。
