本発明に係る車両のバネ上制振制御装置の実施例1を図1から図8に基づいて説明する。

Claims (15)
- 駆動源として少なくともモータ/ジェネレータ、モータ又はモータとしても作動可能なジェネレータの内の何れか1つが設けられた車両の車体に発生するバネ上振動の抑制を図る車両のバネ上制振制御装置において、
前記バネ上振動を抑制させる為のバネ上制振制御量の設定を行うバネ上制振制御量演算手段と、該バネ上制振制御量を実現させるように前記モータ/ジェネレータのモータジェネレータ制御量又は前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータのモータ制御量を制御してバネ上制振制御を実行する駆動源制御手段と、設定された前記バネ上制振制御量に対するなまし処理によってバネ上制振制御応答性が低下する場合に、所望のバネ上制振制御応答性の補償処理を行うバネ上制振制御応答性補償手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする車両のバネ上制振制御装置。 - 前記車両が前記駆動源としてエンジンも備えたハイブリッド車両である場合、前記エンジンが運転中でも前記モータ/ジェネレータのモータジェネレータ制御量又は前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータのモータ制御量を制御してバネ上制振制御を実行することを特徴とした請求項1記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記駆動源としてエンジンも備えたハイブリッド車両の最終的な要求車両駆動量の設定時に、要求車両駆動量に対して前記バネ上制振制御量を重畳する要求車両駆動量演算手段と、前記エンジンのエンジン制御量を設定するエンジン制御量演算手段と、前記最終的な要求車両駆動量から前記エンジン制御量を差し引いて前記モータ/ジェネレータのモータジェネレータ制御量を演算するモータジェネレータ制御量演算手段又は前記最終的な要求車両駆動量から前記エンジン制御量を差し引いて前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータのモータ制御量を演算するモータ制御量演算手段と、を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記駆動源としてエンジンも備えたハイブリッド車両の最終的な要求車両駆動量の設定時に、要求車両駆動量に対して前記ハイブリッド車両の基本性能補償量が重畳される前に前記バネ上制振制御量を重畳する要求車両駆動量演算手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記車両が前記駆動源としてエンジンも備えたハイブリッド車両である場合、前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御は、前記エンジンによるバネ上制振制御不可能領域の場合に実行させることを特徴とした請求項1から4の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記バネ上制振制御応答性の補償処理は、設定された前記バネ上制振制御量を前記なまし処理の伝達関数の逆関数に入力する処理又は前記なまし処理に伴う前記バネ上制振制御量の位相遅れ量を補償する処理であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記モータジェネレータ制御量がインバータのシステム電圧の電圧昇圧切替判断閾値と同じ若しくはこれに近い値の場合に、前記モータ/ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる若しくは前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成し、又は、前記モータ制御量がインバータのシステム電圧の電圧昇圧切替判断閾値と同じ若しくはこれに近い値の場合に、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる若しくは前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から6の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- インバータのシステム電圧の電圧昇圧切替判断閾値を前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御の実行の有無で変更させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から6の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 車両の駆動系振動を抑制する駆動系制振制御の実行に前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータの出力が利用される場合、前記駆動系制振制御が前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御と同時期に実行されるならば、前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる又は前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から8の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記車両が前記駆動源としてエンジンも備えたハイブリッド車両であり、前記エンジンの停止中に前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータの出力を利用してクランク角位置の制御を行う場合、該クランク角位置の制御を行う際に、前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる又は前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から8の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータのモータ負荷率制限制御が実行されている場合に、前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる又は前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から8の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記駆動源の回転速度が所定範囲内にあり、前記バネ上制振制御量の周波数成分の中に共振周波数成分が含まれる場合に、前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる又は前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から11の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記車両が前記駆動源としてエンジンも備えたハイブリッド車両であり、前記エンジンの失火時、又は、前記エンジンの触媒劣化抑制制御が実行中の場合、又は、前記エンジンの回転数を前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータの出力で制御している場合に、前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる又は前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ若しくは前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から11の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- 前記バネ上制振制御量演算手段への入力信号を所定周波数でフィルタ処理して前記バネ上制振制御を制限することを特徴とした請求項12又は13に記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
- こもり音の発生の虞があるときに前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を禁止させる又は前記バネ上制振制御量を減らして前記モータ/ジェネレータ、前記モータ又は前記ジェネレータによるバネ上制振制御を制限させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から14の内の何れか1つに記載の車両のバネ上制振制御装置。
