Claims (7)
- 一対の相補信号がそれぞれ入力する入力端子と、制御端子と、出力端子と、を具備する一対のトランジスタを有するコモンベース回路又はコモンゲート回路と、
前記一対のトランジスタが出力する一対の相補信号を差動増幅する差動増幅回路と、
前記差動増幅回路が出力する一対の相補信号から、前記差動増幅回路が出力する一対の相補信号間のオフセットを調整するためのオフセット信号を生成し、前記オフセット信号を前記一対のトランジスタの前記制御端子にそれぞれ出力するオフセット信号生成回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする増幅回路。 - 前記オフセット信号生成回路は、前記差動増幅回路が出力する一対の相補信号を平滑化する平滑回路を備え、
前記オフセット信号生成回路は、前記平滑化回路が平滑化した一対の相補信号から前記オフセット信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の増幅回路。 - 前記一対のトランジスタの前記制御端子と、前記オフセット信号生成回路が前記オフセット信号を出力する一対の出力端子と、の間にそれぞれ一対のコンデンサが並列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の増幅回路。
- 前記一対のトランジスタの前記入力端子とグランドとの間にそれぞれ一対の負荷が直列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の増幅回路。
- 前記差動増幅回路は、トランスインピーダンスアンプであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の増幅回路。
- 前記一対のトランジスタの前記入力端子に入力する一対の相補信号は、一対の受光素子が出力する信号であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の増幅回路。
- 前記一対の受光素子には、デジタルコヒーレント光レシーバが備える光学処理系が光接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の増幅回路。
