Claims (15)
- 磁気熱効果要素(2)、同磁気熱効果要素(2)を交互に磁場の変化に掛けて、各磁気熱効果要素内で加熱サイクルと冷却サイクルを交互に発生させるために配置してある磁気手段(3)、加熱サイクルと冷却サイクル中に同磁気熱効果要素内で発生したカロリーおよび/またはフリゴリーを収集するために配置してある少なくとも1つの熱搬送流体、熱発生装置の帯熱端部と帯冷端部のそれぞれに用意してある少なくとも1つの熱気交換室(5)と冷気交換室(6)および同磁気熱効果要素と同交換室間の熱搬送流体の流動手段(4)を含む熱発生装置(1,100)であり、同熱発生装置が、隣接して配置してある少なくとも1組の個数N個の磁気熱効果要素(2)を含む少なくとも1つの熱モジュールを含んでおり、同流動手段(4)が磁場の変化に同期していて、同熱搬送流体が、磁気熱効果要素(2)内を2の正反対の方向を熱気交換室(5)と冷気交換室(6)に向かって、すなわち熱搬送流体の第1の部分が、加熱サイクルに掛かって、同磁気熱効果要素(2)内を熱気交換室(5)に向かって流動し、熱搬送流体の第2の部分が冷気サイクルに掛かって、同磁気熱効果要素(2)内を冷気交換室(6)に向かって流動するように、同熱搬送流体が磁気熱効果要素(2)内を同時に2の正反対の方向に流動するために配置してあり、駆動装置で駆動する少なくとも1つの制御カム(70)を含む駆動装置で交互の並進運動で運動する少なくとも1組の個数N個のピストン(40)を含むことを特徴とする熱発生装置。
- 同制御カム(70)がほぼ正弦曲線の形状のカム曲線を帯びており、その偏角が同ピストン(40)の行程を決定し、正弦曲線の位相が、同磁気熱効果要素(2)の加熱サイクルと冷却サイクルと概略的に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同流動手段(4)が同磁気熱効果要素(2)の両側に配置してある2組の個数N個のピストン(40)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の請求項に記載の熱発生装置。
- 磁気熱効果要素(2)が、口が開いている流体の通路を含んでおり、同流体の通路が細孔、溝またはこの諸要素の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の請求項に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同磁気手段(3)が、同磁気熱効果要素(2)に近接して、交互に配置してある磁気区域(ZA)と非磁気区域(ZN)からなる少なくとも1つの磁気構成体(30)を含んでおり、同磁気構成体(30)が、同磁気熱効果要素(2)に対して可動性を有するために駆動装置と対になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同磁気手段(3)が、同磁気熱効果要素(2)内で、同磁気区域(ZA)によって発生した磁気流束を閉鎖するために、同磁気構成体(30)と正反対に配置してある磁場の閉鎖装置(31)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱発生装置。
- 磁気区域(ZA)と非磁気区域(ZN)からなる各対が、同カム曲線(71)の正弦曲線に概括的に対応する距離に伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項2または5に記載の熱発生装置。
- 各磁気区域(ZA)が、2の永久磁石(32)の磁気流束を同磁気熱効果要素(2)の方向に集中させるように、強力な磁気透過性核(33)に集合させる、逆の極性の少なくとも2の永久磁石(32)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同熱モジュール(10−13)が、環状構造を有し、同環状構造内で同磁気熱効果要素(2)が中心軸(A)の周囲に円形に配置してあり、制御カム(70)と磁気構成体(30)が同中心軸(A)と同心で、同中心軸(A)の周囲で回転状に駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同熱モジュールが線状構造を有し、同線状構造内で磁気熱効果要素が並んでいて、制御カムと磁気構成体が、同要素に沿って交互に並進運動に駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱発生装置。
- Xの熱段の熱発生装置になるように積み重ねてあるX数の熱モジュール(10−13)を含んでおり、同熱モジュール(10−13)が、中間室(8)で2つずつ集合してあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の請求項に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同中間室(8)が同ピストン(40)と連絡しており、相次ぐ2の熱モジュール(10−13)間で、熱搬送流体の混合室になることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の熱発生装置。
- 同中間室(8)が同ピストン(40)と連絡しないで、熱搬送流体が同磁気熱効果要素(2)によって一方の熱モジュール(10−13)から他方の熱モジュールに移動することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の熱発生装置。
- 相次ぐ2の熱モジュール(10−13)のピストン(40)が共通であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の熱発生装置。
- 熱気交換室と冷気交換室のそれぞれが、関係同熱気交換室にあらかじめ定められた温度に達した後だけに熱気交換を許可する手段を具えた外部回路に連結してあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の請求項に記載の熱発生装置。
