Claims (14)
- 貯槽からユーザの体内に流体を注入するために、前記貯槽に結合した1つまたは複数の駆動列構成要素とモータとを備える駆動機構を有する注入ポンプ内の閉塞を検出する方法であって、
前記駆動列構成要素の1つまたは前記モータに関連する第1パラメータを測定する段階を含み、前記第1パラメータは、モータトルクまたはモータ駆動計数のいずれかであり、
前記方法は、
前記駆動列構成要素の1つまたは前記モータに関連する別の第2パラメータを測定する段階を含み、前記第2パラメータは、駆動電流、駆動電圧、モータ駆動時間、モータ惰性回転時間、送達パルスエネルギー、モータ惰性回転計数、およびデルタエンコーダ計数のうちの1つであり、
前記方法は、
第1の組み合わせ値を生成するように、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータと組み合わせる段階と、
前記第1の組み合わせ値を使用することによって、閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する段階と
を含み、
前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータと組み合わせる段階は、
前記第1パラメータおよび前記第2パラメータのうち1つまたは複数を正規化因子で乗算する段階と、
オフセット値を加算する段階とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータと組み合わせる段階は、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータに加算する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する段階は、前記第1の組み合わせ値が閾値を超えた場合に、閉塞が発生したことを示す段階を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動列構成要素の1つまたは前記モータに関連する先行する第1パラメータおよび先行する第2パラメータを取り出す段階と、
第2の組み合わせ値を生成するように、前記先行する第1パラメータを前記先行する第2パラメータと組み合わせる段階とを含み、
前記第1の組み合わせ値を使用することによって、閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する段階は、前記第1の組み合わせ値および前記第2の組み合わせ値を使用して線の傾きを計算する段階と、前記傾きが傾き閾値を超えた場合に閉塞が発生したことを示す段階とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 1つまたは複数の先行する第1パラメータ、および1つまたは複数の先行する第2パラメータを取り出す段階と、

前記第1の組み合わせ値が前記先行する組み合わせ値の平均とは異なる所定量よりも大きいかどうかを判定することによって、閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する段階とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の組み合わせ値を使用することによって、閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する段階は、
前記第1の組み合わせ値を使用して、閉塞が発生したかどうかについて第1の計算を行う段階と、
前記第1の計算とは別に、第2の組み合わせ値を使用して、閉塞が発生したかどうかについての第2計算を行う段階と、前記第2の組み合わせ値は、前記第1の組み合わせ値と同じまたは異なり、
前記第1の計算および第2の計算のいずれかまたは両方が、閉塞が発生したことを示した場合、閉塞が発生したと判定する段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 貯槽からユーザの体内に流体を注入する注入ポンプであって、

前記第1パラメータは、モータトルクまたはモータ駆動計数のいずれかであり、前記第2パラメータは、駆動電流、駆動電圧、モータ駆動時間、モータ惰性回転時間、送達パルスエネルギー、モータ惰性回転計数、およびデルタエンコーダ計数のうちの1つであり、
前記プロセッサは、前記第1パラメータおよび前記第2パラメータのうち1つまたは複数を正規化因子で乗算して、オフセット値を加算するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする注入ポンプ。 - 前記組み合わせ値の生成は、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータに加算することを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入ポンプ。
- 前記組み合わせ値の生成は、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータで乗算することを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入ポンプ。
- 前記プロセッサは、最大測定閾値方法、傾き閾値方法、分散監視方法、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された閉塞検出方法を使用することによって、閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入ポンプ。
- 1つまたは複数の駆動列構成要素とモータとを備える駆動機構を有する注入ポンプ内の閉塞を検出する閉塞検出システムであって、
前記駆動列構成要素の1つまたは前記モータに関連する第1パラメータを測定する手段を備え、前記第1パラメータは、モータトルクまたはモータ駆動計数のいずれかであり、
前記閉塞検出システムは、
前記駆動列構成要素の1つまたは前記モータに関連する第2パラメータを測定する手段を備え、前記第2パラメータは、駆動電流、駆動電圧、モータ駆動時間、モータ惰性回転時間、送達パルスエネルギー、モータ惰性回転計数、およびデルタエンコーダ計数のうちの1つであり、
前記閉塞検出システムは、
組み合わせ値を生成するように、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータと組み合わせる手段を具備し、前記組み合わせる手段は、前記第1パラメータおよび前記第2パラメータのうち1つまたは複数を正規化因子で乗算して、オフセット値を加算するように構成され、
前記閉塞検出システムは、
前記組み合わせ値を使用することによって、前記注入ポンプ内で閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する手段を備えることを特徴とする閉塞検出システム。 - 前記組み合わせ値の生成は、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータに加算することを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の閉塞検出システム。
- 前記組み合わせ値の生成は、前記第1パラメータを前記第2パラメータで乗算することを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の閉塞検出システム。
