Description
また本発明は、燃料タンク内に配設された燃料弁を作動させるための装置に関するものでもある。前記装置は、モータと、燃料タンク内に配設された燃料弁と、モータを燃料弁に連結するアクチュエータ組立体とを具備する。アクチュエータ組立体は、モータに連結された第1金属セクションと、燃料弁に連結された駆動軸と、駆動軸に連結された第2金属セクションとを含む。電気絶縁セクションが、第1金属セクション及び第2金属セクションを互いに電気絶縁するために、及びモータから駆動軸にトルクを伝達するために、第1金属セクション及び第2金属セクションに連結されている。

Claims (17)
- 燃料装置で使用するための弁アクチュエータであって、第1金属軸(12)と第2金属軸(14)と電気絶縁カプラ(60)とを備えている弁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記第1金属軸(12)が、モータに連結されるようになっている第1開口部(18)と、第2開口部(20)とを有していて、
前記第2金属軸(14)は弁に連結されるようになっていて、そして前記第2金属軸(14)の一部分が前記第1金属軸(12)の前記第2開口部の中に配置されており、前記第1金属軸(12)の端部(12F)は、前記第2金属軸(14)の部分の、前記第2開口部(20)の中に配置されていない端面(14F、22A)から離間していて、前記端面(14F、22A)は前記第1金属軸(12)に対面しており、
前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)は前記第1金属軸(12)の前記第2開口部(20)に配置されていて、そして前記第1金属軸(12)から前記第2金属軸(14)へトルクを伝達するために前記第1金属軸(12)と前記第2金属軸(14)に連結されており、前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)が、環状部分(62)と部分(64)とを備えていて、前記環状部分(62)は前記第1金属軸(12)の前記第2開口部(20)から延伸しており、そして前記部分(64)は前記環状部分(62)から前記第1開口部(18)へ向かって垂直に延伸していて、前記環状部分(62)の直径(66)は前記垂直に延伸している部分(64)の直径(68)より大きくて、そして前記第1金属軸(12)の外径に等しくて、前記環状部分(62)が、前記第2開口部(20)から離間している前記第2金属軸(14)の前記部分の前記端面のための接触面を画成するようになっている、
弁アクチュエータ。 - 前記第2金属軸(14)が前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)の中に配設されている、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記第2金属軸(14)が、前記電気絶縁カプラの中に配設される少なくとも一つのリブを含む、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記環状部分(62)から垂直に延伸している前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)の前記部分(64)が、前記第1金属軸(12)の長手軸に平行である、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)が前記第1金属軸及び前記第2金属軸に嵌め込まれている、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)が前記第1金属軸及び前記第2金属軸に接着されている、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)は、前記第1金属軸と前記第2金属軸との間に配設されている、請求項4に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータと弁と燃料タンクとを備えている燃料弁アセンブリであって、前記弁が燃料タンクの内部に配設されている、燃料弁アセンブリ。
- さらに、前記弁に連結された駆動軸(44)を具備する請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータであって、前記第2金属軸が前記駆動軸を介して前記弁に連結されている、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 複数の弁に連結された駆動軸(44)をさらに具備していて、前記第2金属軸が前記駆動軸を介して前記複数の弁に連結されている請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- さらに前記第2金属軸を前記駆動軸に嵌め合わせるために、前記第2金属軸と前記駆動軸のうちの一方に設けられたスプラインと、前記第2金属軸と前記駆動軸(44)のうちの一方に設けられたキー溝と、を具備する請求項9に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気絶縁カプラが、前記第2金属軸の挿入部を受容するための開口を有しており、前記開口と前記挿入部が、前記電気絶縁カプラと前記第2金属軸との間の回転を阻止するように相補的に形成されている、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1金属軸(12)が開放端(20)を有しており、
前記第2金属軸(14)は、該第2金属軸が前記駆動軸(44)に連結されることを可能にする駆動構造形(22)を備えて形成されていて、
前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)が、前記第1金属軸(12)と前記第2金属軸(14)との間に配設されており、
前記第1金属軸の前記開放端(20)が前記電気絶縁カプラを受容し、前記電気絶縁カプラの一端が前記第1金属軸の前記開放端に隣接し、前記電気絶縁カプラが、該電気絶縁カプラに対する前記第2金属軸の回転を阻止するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の弁アクチュエータ。 - 前記電気絶縁カプラの他端が前記第1金属軸(12)の中に配設されている、請求項13に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気絶縁カプラの端面(16E)は、前記第2金属軸の端部を受容する開口を有し、前記開口及び前記端部が、前記電気絶縁カプラと前記第2金属軸との間の回転を阻止するように相補的に形成されている、請求項13に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
- 燃料弁アセンブリであって、
モータと、
燃料タンク内に配設された燃料弁と、
前記モータを前記燃料弁に連結する請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータとを備えている燃料弁アセンブリにおいて、
前記第1金属軸(12)が前記モータ(32)に連結されており、
前記第2金属軸(14)が、前記燃料弁に連結された駆動軸(44)に連結されていて、
前記電気絶縁カプラ(60)が前記モータから前記駆動軸へトルクを伝達している、燃料弁アセンブリ。 - 前記第2金属軸(14)の前記端面(22A)が前記環状部分(62)の前記接触面に接触している、請求項1に記載の弁アクチュエータ。
