Description
この構成によれば、ロック機構をロック状態にする際の操作手段と、ロック機構をアンロック状態にする際の操作手段とをそれぞれ別々の部材によって形成したので、操作間違いを生じ難くすることが可能となる。
図1に示すように、ハイブリッド車(以下、単に車両1と記す)には、車輪の動力源としてエンジン2及びモータ3が搭載されている。ハイブリッド式の車両1は、エンジン2の動力で走行するモードと、エンジン2の動力で発電してモータ3により走行するモードと、エンジン2及びモータ3の両方を動力として走行するモードと、モータ3のみで走行するモード等の各種モードにより走行する。
図9及び図10に示すように、給電プラグロック装置38がアンロック状態をとる場合、ロックスイッチ44は第1付勢部材46によって最大限飛び出した突出状態をとる。このとき、ロックバー48は第2付勢部材56の付勢力によってY1方向に移動し、通し孔49内に引き込む。よって、ロックバー48がロックアーム31の爪部33を上から押さえる状態はとらないので、ロック機構39がアンロック状態をとり、受電コネクタ25への給電プラグ23の接続が可能となる。
(1)受電コネクタ25にロックスイッチ44を設け、ロックスイッチ44が操作されると、このスイッチ操作に連動してロック機構39が機械的にロック動作をとり、給電プラグロック装置38がロック状態に切り換わる。よって、給電プラグロック装置38のロック動作をドアロック連動としなくて済むので、給電プラグロック装置38のロック動作を、スイッチ操作というユーザの意志に沿うものとすることができる。
・機械式のロック機構39は、図15に示すように、ロックバー48の根元に係止ピン75を設けるとともに、ロックスイッチ44に斜めの長孔76を設け、この長孔76に係止ピン75を係止する構造でもよい。この場合、ロックスイッチ44の装置奥行き方向(X軸方向)の操作力が、係止ピン75と長孔76によってロックバー48の装置幅方向(Y軸方向)の移動力に変換される。この構造を採用すれば、ロックバー48に第2付勢部材56を設けずに済むので、部品点数を少なく抑えることができる。
・ロックバー48は、棒形状をとることに限らず、例えば平板状や扇状などの他の形状を採用してもよい。
・ロックスイッチ44及びロックバー48の配置位置関係は、装置幅方向(Y軸方向)に並び配置されることに限らず、例えば装置高さ方向(Z軸方向)に並び配置してもよい。
・給電プラグロック装置38のアンロックは、ロック解除スイッチ68の操作を条件とすることに限らず、ロック解除スイッチ68を省略し、例えばドアロックの解錠のみを条件としてもよい。
・ロックスイッチ44は、ロック用のスイッチに限定されず、例えばロック及びアンロック共用のスイッチとしてもよい。この場合は、スイッチを操作する度に給電プラグロック装置38が交互にロック又はアンロックに切り換わる。
・ロック解除スイッチ68は、インレット28に設けられることに限らず、給電プラグロック装置38(ケース40)に設けてもよい。
・車両1は、ハイブリッド車に限定されず、例えば電気自動車としてもよい。

前記ロック機構に、当該ロック機構を少なくともロック状態に切り換える際に操作する操作手段を設け、当該操作手段が操作されると、その操作力を基に前記ロック機構のロック部材が機械的に動作して、前記ロック機構がロック状態に移行し、
前記操作手段と、当該操作手段の取付箇所との間には、前記ロック機構の内部への流体の侵入を防止するシール部材が設けられている
ことを特徴とする給電プラグロック装置。 - 前記操作手段が操作された際、機械的な連動により前記ロック機構をロック状態にした前記操作手段を、その操作状態で保持することにより、当該ロック状態を保持するロック状態保持手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給電プラグロック装置。 - 前記給電プラグにロック状態にある前記ロック部材を、アクチュエータによってロック前の元の位置に戻すことにより、前記ロック機構をアンロック状態にするロック解除手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の給電プラグロック装置。 - 前記ロック解除手段は、前記操作手段とは別の専用の操作手段である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の給電プラグロック装置。 - 前記ロック機構は、前記操作手段が操作された際の操作力を基に、前記給電プラグに抜け止め用に設けられた爪部側に前記ロック部材を移動させ、当該ロック部材によって前記爪部を押さえ付けることによりロック状態をとる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の給電プラグロック装置。
