Claims (3)
- 磁石が固定された振動子と、該振動子の少なくとも一端部に設けられるダイヤフラムと、前記振動子の磁石と対向して設けられる交流駆動の電磁石と、前記ダイヤフラムの外周部と固着され前記電磁石側を被覆するフレームと、前記ダイヤフラムの前記電磁石と反対側の空間を被覆するポンプケーシングとを有し、
前記ポンプケーシングが、前記ダイヤフラムと接する圧縮室と、該圧縮室と吸入弁を介して連結される吸入室と、前記圧縮室と吐出弁を介して接続される吐出室とを有し、前記吸入室または前記吐出室が、前記ポンプケーシングおよび前記フレームの側壁に形成される連通孔を介して前記フレーム内と連通される構造であり、
前記吸入室に吸入する気体が加圧気体であり、前記フレームの内部が、前記吸入室および前記吐出室のいずれか一方の気体の圧力を保持できるように、前記フレームの隙間がシールされることにより、前記フレームの内部が気密性を有する電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 磁石が固定された振動子と、該振動子の少なくとも一端部に設けられるダイヤフラムと、前記振動子の磁石と対向して設けられる交流駆動の電磁石と、前記ダイヤフラムの外周部と固着され前記電磁石側を被覆するフレームと、前記ダイヤフラムの前記電磁石と反対側の空間を被覆するポンプケーシングとを有し、
前記ポンプケーシングが、前記ダイヤフラムと接する圧縮室と、該圧縮室と吸入弁を介して連結される吸入室と、前記圧縮室と吐出弁を介して接続される吐出室とを有し、前記吸入室または前記吐出室が、前記ポンプケーシングおよび前記フレームの側壁に形成される連通孔を介して前記フレーム内と連通される構造であり、
前記フレームの内部が、前記吸入室または前記吐出室の気体の圧力を保持できるように、前記フレームの内面にアルミニウム薄膜が設けられることにより、前記フレームの内部が気密性を有する電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記連通孔の形成が、前記ダイヤフラムの外周側の前記フレームの内部と前記吸入室または前記吐出室とを隔てる側壁に形成されてなる請求項1または2記載の電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。
