Description
従って、本書の開示の目的は、散光器(light diffuser)、及び散光器の表面に向かう方向に不均一光を放射可能な複数の発光装置を有する発光装置マルチチップ照明器具を提供することにある。個々の不均一光は表面を不均一な発光強度で照らすが、実質的に均一な発光強度の光を放射するため、散光器の表面のすべての不均一光の集合が散光器を通って伝播される。
Claims (14)
- 第1の表面及び該第1の表面に対向する第2の表面を有する散光器と、
前記散光器に対して中心に位置する照明モジュールと、
前記照明モジュール上に配置されており、前記散光器の前記第1の表面に向かう方向に、所定の角度で、それぞれ不均一な発光強度を有する不均一光を放射可能な複数のLEDと
を備えた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具であって、
前記複数のLEDが均一な発光強度を有する集合光を前記散光器の前記第1の表面に照射するのに役立つよう、かつ前記照明器具から均一な発光強度の発光を生じるために前記集合光が前記散光器を通過して前記第2の表面から出射するよう、当該複数のLEDの少なくとも2つが互いに異なる角度で配置されており、
前記照明モジュールは、前記LEDによって放射される前記不均一光を前記散光器に誘導するよう位置を合わされる輪郭の外面を有しており、
前記輪郭外面は、前記照明器具が配置される面に対する第1の傾斜角を有する第1の載置面と、前記第1の載置面から延び且つ前記照明器具が配置される面に対する第2の傾斜角を有する第2の載置面と、前記第2の載置面から延び且つ前記照明器具が配置される面に対する第3の傾斜角を有する第3の載置面とを含んでおり、
前記複数のLEDのそれぞれが異なる角度に光を向けるように、該複数のLEDのそれぞれが、前記照明モジュールの前記輪郭外面上に配置されており、
前記第1、第2及び第3の載置面のそれぞれに、前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つが配置されており、
前記第3の載置面に配置された前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つが前記散光器の一部に対向するように、前記第3の傾斜角が前記第2の傾斜角よりも大きくされ、前記散光器の前記一部は、前記第2の載置面に配置された前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つが対向する前記散光器の一部よりも、前記照明器具が配置される面に近い、
発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。 - 前記散光器は、曲面形状を有する請求項1記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記散光器の前記第1の表面は凹面形状を有し、前記散光器の前記第2の表面は凸面形状を有する請求項2記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記複数のLEDのそれぞれは、少なくとも90°の視野角を有する請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項記載のLED照明器具。
- 最大発光強度が個々の前記複数のLEDの視野角の実質的に中心から放射される請求項4記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記複数のLEDと、前記散光器の前記第1の表面との間に配置される1又はそれ以上の第2の散光器を有する請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記第2の散光器は、1又はそれ以上の前記複数のLEDの最大発光強度と並ぶ請求項6記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記複数のLEDは少なくともLEDの第1の組とLEDの第2の組とを有し、前記LEDの第1の組から放射される前記不均一光は第1波長を有し、前記LEDの第2の組から放射される前記不均一光は第2波長を有し、かつ前記集合光は第3波長を有する請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項記載のLED照明器具。
- LEDの前記第1の組、及びLEDの前記第2の組の1又はそれ以上の前記発光強度は、前記集合光の色の暖かさ及び色度を変更するために調整可能である請求項8記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記複数のLEDは少なくとも、LEDの第1の組と、LEDの第2の組と、LEDの第3の組とを有し、LEDの第1の組から放射される前記不均一光は第1波長を有し、LEDの前記第2の組から放射される前記不均一光は第2波長を有し、LEDの前記第3の組から放射される前記不均一光は第3波長を有し、かつ前記集合光は第4波長を有する請求項8又は9記載のLED照明器具。
- LEDの前記第1の組、LEDの前記第2の組、及びLEDの前記第3の組の1又はそれ以上の前記発光強度は、前記集合光の色の暖かさ及び色度を変更するために調整可能である請求項10記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記照明器具からの前記均一な発光強度の発光は、全方向の発光を有する、請求項1記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記散光器は、当該散光器の中心よりも前記複数のLEDから遠くにある最外端を有する、請求項1記載のLED照明器具。
- 前記第3の載置面は、当該第3の載置面と前記照明器具が配置される面との前記傾斜角が調整できるように、可動である、請求項1記載のLED照明器具。
